Don't you think there is some kinda of message in this movie about Nazism. The Hyena march, torturng Lions, Lion betraying his own kind for power. The list goes on and on. I'm just looking for more info on this.

It is nothing more than the story of Hamlet set with Animals instead of people. Because Hamelt was written before Naziism I doubt it was put into the story.

The disposition of humans towards being evil is remarkably consistent through recorded history. The Pharaohs, the Roman Emperors, the Crusades, the Inquisition, the slave trade, the American Civil War, the two World Wars, all just show the same human failings and weaknesses over and over again.

Old fairy stories, and new fantasy novels, also depict the same ways of creatures turning towards evil, only in novel settings. Naturally, when people read them, they recognise the realism.

Nazism was bad, but it wasn't a new kind of badness. The badness depicted in the Lion King is the same badness as ever.

I think it's just a movie and you're reading to much into this. Obviously, Scar represents a dictator. How many dictators have there been throughout history? Countless. It is impossible to determine that the dictator represented was Hitler. It could have been anyone. Perhaps it means nothing at all. You have no way of knowing. But then again, as said before, each person has a different interpretation of the things they see.

I don't know if Nazism per se, more likely simply a statement on the abuse of power. While such abuses are more likely in a fascist system, they can occur in any system where power is centralized.

Thumbs up for looking at Lion King in a political light.

The Nazi symbolism is very intentional, just watch the song Be Prepared. I have seen no other Nazi-esque instances in the movie though. It is in no way encouraging that way of thinking. It is villifying it, as has been done in many other movies over time.

(Watch "Wizards" sometime-an awesome 70's cartoon that is straigh propaganda, but with many overt Nazi references on the evil side)

all movies are open to different kinds of interpretation so anyone could have any opinion about any movie and it would be hard for anyone else to prove them wrong.

It really doesn't appear that you know what Nazi's did. They only killed Jews and believed one race was superior. They didn't appear to team with a lot of other countries. (BESIDES SCAR DIDN'T COMMIT SUICIDE LIKE HITLER AND HIS GIRLFRIEND)
