People explain this to me, if time has no beginning, and time is nothing but a circle-type cycle..?

then where did the process of the circle begin? I understand how it's physically impossible for the human mind can't grasp the fact that time has no beginning, but then that really scares me, if time is travelling in circles, maybe our lives as we live it today happened before, a number of years ago unimaginable to mankind and we're just living in a circle, but EVEN IF THAT were true.. where did THAT CYCLE begin.

seriously I need someone to help, even though no one can lol it's scary, it's human nature to belive everything has a beginning because as humans all we know is something, we've never known nothing.

scary thought, anyways, this is the exact reason why I belive God created everything, time, space, consiousness, EVERYTHING. People say the big bang created time, how? It's a law in physics that matter can neither be created nor destroyed, even before the big bang, all the matter that exists today HAS to have an origin, soo scary to think about.. so i'm done
