its like when the pitch in your voice goes between sharp and in-tune like a wave. you hear those opera singers use it when they hold out a LONG note.

I have long been disturbed by a perfectly good singer having too much vibrato. This is a quaver in the voice that can be interesting, but also annoying. If one could control it, great.

1) Please, dear, if you want to ask something, use CORRECT language.

2) It means your voice vibrates when you hold a note longer. You don't sing one clear note but modulate that note. It is usually appreciated a lot, if it is not too strong - that might make you sound insecure.
