After death our presence may be left in a photo or text but eventually everyone dies and forgets what they have learnt. I am not a pessimist or cynic of life, I just don't see the reason for future evolution if we all die and "forget".

I like to draw manga, and I know the three colours you can use are black, white, and some shades of gray. What I want to know is which colours fall under which category. I know black, dark blue, and dark purple goes under black ink. Can anyone tell me or give a site with this information?

Today I see there is a state called FYROM. People there describe themselves as Macedonian. However they are and also claim to be of Slav origin.

We know that ancient Macedonians have never been Slavs. Actually we have never heard of a Slav Macedonian ethnicity before 20th century.

The scholars worldwide believe that the real descendants of the ancient Macedonians are the Greeks. Still, this doesn't answer my question - when did the so called Macedonians in FYROM become Slavs?

I have checked some data and they claim that Slavs came on the Balkans in 6-7 century but for example the Macedonian dynasty that ruled Byzantium between 867-1045 were non-Slavic emperors. So it is evident that this suspicious transformation happened later if at all.

Do you have the answer when and how it took place?

He is most well known for starting the controversial health spa "Zzyxz" in California. What I need is any information at all about what he did during his time in Pennsylvania.

And how does one go about being either admitted to such a fine institution or obtaining a job there?

In the novel, Prince Myshkin described his Swiss home as such that made me want to live there too...even if it means I must be institutionalized, but I would prefer to simply work there. Unfortunately, I don't recall Dostoyevsky mentioning the location or even the name of Prince Myshkin's institution...

(And I know that since I am mentioning the title of a novel that it should be underlined or italicized, but I haven't got that option; so, quotation marks will have to suffice.)

In college, in Western Civ. we learned a term that was defined as the exection of a world leader. We were learning about the public exection of King Louis (I think, sorry I'm bad at history) at the end of the French Revolution. Does anyone know this term? I'll know it when I see it. Thanks!

Some books have the words 'First Edition' printed in them. However, other books do not have the words 'first edition' printed in them and also do not list a copywrite date. For example, on Ebay, there are several Black Beauty books for sale which the sellers all say they think are first editions. However, the books all look different so they can't all be first editions. Please help.

I've been on this path for some time. I'm seriously
considering attending LAMDA. However, I'd hate to
sell the US schools short. My true love is Theatre,
so moving to California is out of the question. I've carefully
planned this financially, to make sure that I don't starve,
but I feel that training in London will bring me the most rewarding
results. I don't seek fame or fortune, but a true experience.
I'm a firm believer in "all or nothing" . I'd like to hear from
those with real ecperience. No kids, or ignorant people seeking points.

For instance, "The tree of life": Does it symbolize how family branches out? Or does it, perhaps, represent strength and/or beauty? Compare a beautiful tree to a woman celebrating her birthday. I want to create a birthday card with a beautiful tree on the cover.
