Can we hold people morally responsible for their beliefs ?

Despite prevalent consensus that certain views are immoral, we generally want to hold people morally responsible for their immoral beliefs, such as theft, racism, etc.

What is the way to choose a perfect view, and how can any one improve that sense of choosing a perfect view ?

My life is committed to Photography but the only thing that I feel I am not good at is how to choose a perfect view in landscape and what time of the day is best for fotography also what time of the year, which I think is the most important thing for any Photographer, I know all about lights, and camera set ups Manual, Auto, speed, I use SLR camera on manual only, and so on....
I really would like to discuss this matter or get some feed back from you all.

im doing a show in the mitchell theatre in glasgow in feburary and i am really scared i found out it can seat over 400 people and i have a lot of lines and have to sing by my self and im soooo scared

Why do Americans love berating European countries for "oppressing people"?
