What a strange question! Why would any one ask that?
Unless they were worried about death! And there are only a few reasons to be worried about death, one is because of indoctrination by religious groups, ref' heaven and hell!
The other is leaving this life and loved ones.
The first one is just too silly to discuss, so I wont!
The second one is worthy of a bit of discussion, that would be a wrench, but it will happen to all of us , and both we and our loved ones will die.
I think (for what its worth) that there is nothing at all to fear from death, I am atheist I have no hang up about heaven or hell, I know for sure in my own mind that when the time comes for me to 'snuff it' I will just go to sleep, (a dreamless sleep)! Nothing at all just an eternal kip!!
You must be a bundle of laughs down the pub if you are asking these questions down there??

It is only natural for people to fear death because we have an innate fear of the unknown. Going somewhere permanently, leaving your loved ones behind isn't easily acceptable. But we have religions to take care of our fear and I think they've done a pretty good job as far as I can see.
Heaven if you are good, Hell if you are bad, Reincarnation to put an end to the permanent state of death, becoming a martyr if you die gracefully and with a big bang. There is something for everyone so I wouldn't despair. When time comes we will all find something to hold on to. Until then, I've decided to try to live a happy life in order to die a content woman without guilt or regrets. If I manage it, I'll definitely go to the heaven i will have built up for myself.

- Quote -
By taking responsibility for the consequences of his own perceptions, the observer can transcend the role of victim to an understanding that “nothing out there has power over you.” It isn’t life’s events, but how one reacts to them and the attitude that one has about them, that determines whether such events have positive or negative effect on one’s life, whether they’re experienced as opportunity or as stress.
Psychological stress is the net effect of a condition that is being resisted…but the condition does not have any power in itself. Nothing has the power to “create” stress. The loud music that raises the blood pressure of one person can be the source of delight to another.
Power -Vs- Force

The difference in fearing death and not fearing death is your choice.

Why? Because we feel we haven't accomplished all what we would like to, because we haven't perfected ourselves yet, because all our being, what took so many years to build and create will be annihilated after we disappear.
Why not? Because death is just a long sleep. Because we may be tired of struggling. Because we need to give a chance to new human beings, with their efforts and dreams.

As far as I see it, death is inevitable. Everyone dies. Fearing it is just stupid. What we ought to fear is repercussions for our actions after death. It's not death that's scary. That you can't avoid. It's what comes after. That you have a bit of a say in.

We would be afraid, the fear is an innate instinct.
The important thing is not to worry about it so much that it becomes an impediment to living.

I think that we should fear the dying process. I do not fear death, but rather... how am I going to die.

I THINK THAT WE SHOULDN'T FEAR DEATH BUT THAT WE SHOULD FEAR LIVING. BECAUSE WHILE YOUR LIVING YOU HAVE TO MAKE ALL THESE DECISIONS AND DON'T KNOW WHAT DECISIONS IS RIGHT AND PEOPLE ARE AFRAID TO CHOOSE THE WRONG ONE
