I just started dancing again after a very long break because of ankle injury. I'd like to strengthen my lower back and improve the strength and extension of my left leg. I can't afford and don't have the time to set aside time for a class, but are there any tips I can use for at home stretches?

My paragraph -

When Theodosius died in 395 AD, he left the Roman Empire to his two sons Honorius and Arcadius. Honorius took throne over Western Rome and Arcadius of the East. These two emperors were superlatively young, inexperienced, and flat out uninterested in the leadership. As Constantine marched his troops throughout England into France collecting troops to march into Rome, it was obvious his plans were to conquer Rome at its weakest.

I am a PSP artist who is looking to obtain permission to use Edward Clay Wright's artwork. After Googling about 20 pages I only see websites that offer his work. If he is deceased I am looking to find out who holds the copyright for his work or if it is now in the "public domain" for use by anybody.
