Hii,
I am looking for some sarcastic lines to write in a birthday greeting card meant for a girl who's turning 29 in a couple of days. Please write as much as possible. I'd prefer some sarcastic humour or what some people call cocky comedy. you can also give me some links if you know some sites about sarcastic humour. I dont mind a touch of romance in that but not the 'wuss' type please. thanks.

Here it goes:
a young guy (+-13) arrives in a town alone, with no money, with no friends...and in the story plot in needs to find a sort of employer for who he'd work to get fed and get a bed.

How could I make that happen?
Any propositions are gratefully accepted.

I am almost 17 years old. When I was 8 or 9, I took ballet for a month and Jazz for 9 months. I have learned some ballroom in my church group, and I'm currently taking a ballroom class at school. I've done simple jazz and ballet steps in musicals I've been in.
I am just now realizing how crucial dancing is in the theater world, but I don't know if I'm too old to be good. Are there any beginning dance classes for teenagers, and if so, would it be pointless?

Any playwright, any time period, anything. Mine has to be either Cat On A Hot Tin Roof by Tennessee Williams or A View From The Bridge by Arthur Miller.

The Sun newspaper harasses sex offenders, yet publishes sexualised images of 18 year old girls. I believe our culture is coming to terms with its own betrayal of innocence.

and "42" is the answer (according to Adams)

I recently posted a question about whether people believe I live with invisible alien beings from another dimension (which I do). I asked the question in the Astronomy section and one in Arts and humanities. Is it left brain vs right brain? I got different results. The question was worded slightly different. Still, the scientists were much more skeptical I think. Chemistry, for instance, is a perfect science that can not go outside the boundaries. I would think astronomers would be more open minded although they tend to deal more with math. Artists, writers are more open to imagination and so the idea that it could exist may be more readily accepted. Scientists, for example, can not accept that the amount of time it would take at light speed to reach Earth. In another dimension, it would be possible. Who would be more willing to accept this theory? What are your thoughts?
