There is nothing in the Bible which states exactly where he lived, but I did see a show on the History Channel which had a theory. At one point, the Mediterranian overflowed its banks and cut away an isthmus separating it from a smaller body of water. This could have created the sea which is nearby (I think the Caspian Sea). This would have seemed like a worldwide deluge, but a man could have survived if he were already out on a boat.

Another theory was that it occurred in Babylon. Noah could have been a trader, with his family loaded up ready to take animals to trade. A flood could have occurred there, and he and his family could have been swept away. If any of the animals had been lost, he would have been held responsible, even if it were by accident, so he might have resettled with his family somewhere else.

The Biblical record does not say. Noah was born in 2970 B.C.E, 126 years after Adam's death. Since the Garden of Eden was most likely in the area of what is now modern-day Iran or Iraq, it is reasonable to conclude that Noah's home was also somewhere in this area of the Middle East.

This time period was very early in mankind's history so identifiable regions, countries and cities were not established as we know them today.

Remnants of Noah's Ark are believed to still exist in the Ararat Mountains of Turkey.

The biblical flood is believed to be based on a flood between the Tigris and Euphrates, although flood myths are very common from stories in most cultures (maybe a collective memory of the end of the ice age). His ark is believed to have settled on mountains either on the Sinai Peninsula or in Turkey. Happy hunting!

He didn't really live. He exists only in people's imaginations.
