i recently stopped ballet in january and had been dancing 6 years and i really want to start again...so I need help finding a dance school in burbank ca besides Media city ballet because thats the place i went to befor enad dont wanna go there agian...plzz.help me this is my hobby and i needd help

We always seem to repeat ourselves and there is nothing really NEW in the world we just take what is here and re-arrange it into different forms. SO that being said, do you think we as humans have a finite number of thoughts we can think? I have a drawing I want to put on a background. The problem is, I don't know how to. It tried copying and pasting but then it has a white outline when I paste it on the background. I've seen some very beautiful artwork done on PSP and the background and drawing are usually done seperately, yet it doesn't look like it because they don't have that white outline around it. How can I do this to my artwork too?
