I have a drawing I want to put on a background. The problem is, I don't know how to. It tried copying and pasting but then it has a white outline when I paste it on the background. I've seen some very beautiful artwork done on PSP and the background and drawing are usually done seperately, yet it doesn't look like it because they don't have that white outline around it. How can I do this to my artwork too?

Try pasting it onto a different layer and then erase the white outline with the eraser or the magic wand tool. You must be very careful and precise, though. It may take a long time ;-)
