Arts & Humanities - 14 July 2006

If all life were a book,
God would be the all-knowing glossary.

And we would all be charecters,
Each day a chapter.

If life were a book,
We would all be our own authors.

And the plot would be confusing....
Oh, how worn the pages would be!

If life were a book, we would each be a prolouge and epilouge,
Yet also our own story.

The book would weave together in the end,
As only a truly good book can.

If all life were a book,
It would be a hard book to read.

But those who read it would gain from it,
And enjoy it to no end.

Just like living is hard,
But if we choose to live, there is nothing like it.

If all life were a book,
We should read it, live it, and never forget.

Okay, Buddha is a pacifist but he does know kung fu, then there is that Indian dude with all the arms that is probably quite tasty in a ruck as well; however I think the other God and Allah are quite wiley and would probably fight dirty

(their follows have done so for years)...

Hard one to call, can any of you philosophers shed any light on this?

By the way, only SILLY ANSWERS will be considered as it is a SILLY QUESTION, don't get all secular on me...

The starving kids in Afirca? Your probly thinking, Who cares. But what if it what your child or you was staving! See we have a choise of bored games to play. If we get bored we play another! They cant! We never think about it but, When we go to sleep at night...In are cozy beds, what about the starving kids in afica there just lucky to wake up! Please tell me what you think. My brother has a internet radio talk show and Im getting what people think of this problem.
