Pay excessive taxes to the ruling party.

I don't know about world rules but these would be my rules if i ruled the world

Rule 1: (Male) Make sure you have a huge penis so that women are atracted to you

Rule 2: (Male) Try To Reproduce consistantly

Rule 3: (Male) Take Breaks invetween Reproduction

Rule 4: (Male) Retire @ 25

Rule 5: (Male) Teach Offspring Rules

The common laws are a mixture of good and bad:
The Bad:
- More is always better
- Power gives one a great feeling

The Good:
- Do not harm others
- Love one's family

The rest of the laws are no uniform. They depend on the circumstances.

there are no common rules. only what a culture considors acceptable. that said there are universal rights and wrongs. but that doesnt mean they are rules everywhere in the world.
