When I was little the cirus seemed so much better than now. Has it really changed or did we just expect a lot less as kids?

Have you ever felt ashamed of an action or inaction you committed?
When I was a teen. I used to ride the bus a lot, . One time on the way home from a friend's house, I was sitting behind the driver, when an elderly man got on with his groceries. He sat right across from me, and I remember thinking how bad I felt for him. He seemed like someone who had a rough life and had been retired for some time. I wondered where his family was, if he was alone. Anyway, after a few moments this horrible stench crept up on me...others on the bus started complaining and making rude comments towards this old, (beaten down looking) man. (He didn't look homeless to me, just kind of disheveled.) Well, this loud mouth woman started yelling at him, and he sat there quietly with his head down. I was young and looked at the bus driver thinking he would stop their insults. He didn't. The woman continued and everyone moved to the back of the bus to get away from the smell.

There's no way that a beautiful being like a woman came from a monkey. I don't belive in Evolution. And I dont believe in the biblical account . It doesn't make sence, add up, or has no logic. I don't know the answer, If you have any theory or answer, tell me.

These small groups walk around as they sing traditional ballads,
accompanying themselves on a violin, a small guitar called a guitarillo,
a large guitar called a guitarón, and often a trumpet. What are these
musical groups called?

Have we become numb to the plights of others because of the media? Are humans (in general) less sympathetic to other humans? What about comparing developing nations to developed nations? Are 'western' citizens more cynical and pessimistic?

Personally, I've lived in small towns where neighbors are close and willing to help out each other. I've lived in cities like like S.F. and N.Y. where well dressed people step over the homeless like they're garbage..It seems to me that everything is a little more cut throat in larger cities, why is that?

It seem so bizarre that people like bad. Women love abusive men, men are attracted to slutty women, and Satanic gimmicks make people like Marylin Manson famous.

It's been on the commercial for a long time. Two (or more) women sing this opera song. I've heard it on the classical radio and the title is really weird that I couldn't quite catch it. Hope someone knows... Thanks.
