I believe that God created Man through evolution. We did not evolve from other animals, but from more primitive forms of us. Also, I have always felt that the chain of evolution was too fragile for this to have been completely random, because one wrong turn early on could have shut the entire process down and the earth would still be covered with primordeal slime.

I believe in creation. At least some of it. To put it simply, there is absolutely no proof that evolution works or ever existed or exists, and I know they say it'd take millions and billions of years but than how the hell did man survive. Why didn't everything evolve instead of just man, why aren't the animals changing and we should definitely be seeing changes, differences in animals. There is no proof for evolution and a good deal of what is in the Bible has been proven, and as you stated, there isn't really any other logical theory so I'm willing to take a chance that what hasn't been proven in the Bible, the way creation was made, is actually true since alot of other stuff in it has been proven true and there is no real solid evidence for evolution and nothing is evolving.

Well! The answer is neither. God is fictitious, first off. We won't go deeply into that in the interest of brevity. Now, the ape from whence you sprang is merely the ape you are. The ape is not so much your progenitor, not so much as your ancestors are your progenitor, but simply, the ancient ape IS man, always has been and always will be. You do not evolve, you exist until time allows for new discoveries. What I'm trying to say is, your understanding of what you have evolved into is what you always were with new additions, such as discovering America, landing on the moon, mars, and etceterra, etceterra. It is merely time that has given the illusion of intelligence. You, humans that is, are discoverers and thinkers by nature. Just as the chicken clucks and pecks for grain. Just as the lion roars and meanders through the jungle in search of prey. You, humans, merely pontificate. It's what you do and always have done, and it is the value of time that has inflated the amount of discoveries you have attained. So neither. There is no evolution, unless you count a volcano, but that's just the devil spewing forth.

Where do you people...creationist...keep coming up with this "From a monkey?" Everytime you spout this nonsense, you prove your ignorance of what Darwinism states! Get your facts right before you start in with this absolute nonsense. Evolution does NOT refute creationism, it simple states a theory of HOW man came to be...and NO WHERE does it say or imply anything about man coming from a monkey. For your sake, learn what is up before you go spouting off at the mouth, lest you make yourself look like an idiot.

I believe in creation. Skeptics always Challenge you to prove that God exist but at the same time cannot prove emphatically that God does not exist. The way I see it, it's like looking at a shelf of cakes at the supermarket, the ingredients didn't just put themselves together by chance. The conditions under which the cakes were made didn't just happen like that and they didn't just fall out of the sky and end up on the shelf at the supermarket. Someone had to plan to make the cakes, to gather the ingredients and manipulate the conditions, and someone had to ensure that they got to their desired destination. That person is God and since there is no way that we can prove that God does not exist, I will continue to believe that he created us.

Lemme see, logic and science vs irrational beliefs in supernatural entities/fairy tales? I guess i vote for logic and rationality.

I remember General Pickett in R.E. Lee's Army challenge anyone to make the claim that their beloved general had a simian background. That logic does not make any sense, as does your belief that a pretty woman does not come from a monkey. It doesn't happen over nite or even over several generations, it happened over hundreds of thousands of years.

Reading your question, I am reminded of the story of a man in an airport. It's a busy airport with planes flying overhead frequently. The man is lecturing to a number of aerospace engineers. As I passed by the man, I over heard the man says;

" . . . heavier than air flight is simply ridiculous . . . it just isn't logical to think something made of heavy metal can fly like a bird . . ."

Psst ... you are that man.

i think of you're out of it. i do no longer think of technological know-how grew to become into created. each little thing this is has consistently been and while human beings began to aim to understand those issues logically, it grew to become widely used because of the fact the sector of technological know-how. by using know-how the properties of our earth and universe, we've been waiting to produce issues that could have in no way happened clearly, which contain plane. An plane is outfitted using organic factors and the wing shape takes great component relating to the wind by using turning out to be a pushing rigidity on the backside of the wing and a suction rigidity on the best of the wing, we've discovered a lot approximately nature so a good distance, yet there is in no way a scarcity of recent issues to verify. we've all been raised with the concept of an exceedingly suited being yet many folk have rejected that concept based on the failings of having this manner of being. you attempt to in high quality condition certainty into the God container and it purely does not in high quality condition. you attempt to rationalize that 7 days would have meant extra effective than 7 days because of the fact technological know-how does not believe 7 days. you're properly suited that the bible does not have basically one meaning. It has as many meanings as a man or woman can create. the important meaning isn't what you think of it potential, yet what the author meant while he wrote it. The bible proves itself no longer a competent source of expertise. that is relatively no longer a technological know-how e book, neither is it even a historic previous e book. that could be a e book written by using adult adult males some time past sharing a number of their custom, a number of that is historic previous, a number of their ideals, yet is has many fictional thoughts. Genesis is often fictional. there grew to become into no Adam and Eve, nor grew to become into there a Noah's ark and worldwide flood. Even the story of Sodom and Gomorrah is often fictional. that is authentic that they have got been destroyed by using nature, yet something is a made up tale as to why the two cities have been destroyed. we've witnessed this occurring even in our life time with typhoon Katrina. It grew to become right into a organic act yet there have been particular christians claiming it grew to become into the wrath of God, purely like Sodom and Gomorrah. no rely the type you look at it, that is continually relating to the organic no longer the supernatural.

Evolution is science.
Creationism is religious belief.
Therefore I believe evolution is science, whilst I believe that creationism is religious.
