It's usually called the flower duet. Lesley Garret sings it dueting with herself by recording one part and then singing the other part alongside it. It's by Delibes and it's from Lachme.

The practice you are talking about is code sharing, where a single flight appears under several denominations under different airlines. Some flights may have 3 to 4 such denominations. The flight will be operated by one airline (for example BA). The practice is very common between airlines that are part of the same alliance, like Skyteam (Air France, Delta, ...) or Star Alliance (Lufthansa, ...). BA is part of the OneWorld alliance that includes American Airlines, Qantas, Iberia and some more. The flight you indicate is operated by BA.
