I began by subletting, w/o the apt management's knowledge in Sept. 07. In Dec. 07, it was time for lease renewal. I filled out the application, and signed the work history documents that were faxed to my job, however, I never received word back from the apt. management. I never received a phone call, saw any documentation, nor met w/ the apt. management. My roommate however told me that I was on the lease. I just recently found out that he forged my signature on the documentation (that I never saw)! I have no idea what terms/conditions he agreed me to. I no longer wish to live here, for that reason and others. Do I have a case that will allow me to legally get out of the leasing contract (that I never saw!) w/o penalty? Any help would be lovely! Thanks

Not knocking the Oil Mafia, everyone has to make a living, but since we actually do have the technology to get along without middle east oil why are we there? If we had gotten out of there twenty years ago does anyone really believe that these middle east lunatics would ever have gotten a following?

Its all over

I finally opened up to someone after a long time of building walls and never allowing myself to get hurt, always keeping one foot on the ground...I thought I had finally found someone really special...

Sadly it wasnt to be....he couldnt give me what I wanted and rather than hurt me any more, he made the right choice and said goodbye

He wanted to be friends still as he feels thats the most important thing and he doesnt want me to not be a part of his life at all....but right now I cant do that....seeing him will break my heart all over again

I am not a fool for love...I know its for the best and that what we had was really really good and that I should be greatful for the fantastic memories....its just not the right time for him...and maybe not for me either...but it doesnt stop this ache

I know it wont last forever...I wont always feel this way and maybe someday someone will feel the same....but right now I am broken and I dont know quite what to do

what in other.s eyes are more degrading in other.s eyes a cheater who tryies to hide it till it comes out on them or try to keep it hid from everyone and not knowing they know where there cheating is this more degrading to honest people or more looked down on when brought out in time

Usually its the woman who stops, but MEN, what was your reason for no longer having sex with your wife? I believe sex stops in a marriage for underlying reasons besides the excuse of say, "no time"...which is legitamate sometimes. (A guy once told me his wife stopped having sex about five years ago when his mother in law moved in and she didn't want to make noises... so now they only do it on vacation....)

It is ok to hear from women here too...but I would like to know what men are thinking about too...

In John 20:24-29 Thomas calls Jesus, My Lord and my God.
If Jesus believed he should not be worshiped, why didn't he rebuke Thomas?
