It's sonnet 45 from Astrophil ans Stella:

"Stella oft sees the very face of woe
Painted in my beclouded stormy face,
But cannot skill to pity my disgrace,
Not though thereof the cause herself she know;
Yet hearing late a fable, which did show
Of lovers never known a grievous case,
Pity thereof gat in her breast such place
That, from the sea derived, tears' spring did flow.
Alas, if fancy, drawn by imaged things

What does "tale" mean in the last line? Is the author punning on the word “tale”, playing with its sound and meaning?

Why dont believers pray for world peace and the end of human suffering? I only see rants about the power of prayer when it comes to positive experiences the believers had.

For those of you who planned your pregnancy, how soon did you expect to conceive, and how long did it actually take? I'm trying to be quite specific with the month I hope to conceive in and I'm wondering if I do everything right and nail down my ovulation date, etc, etc, how good my chances will be. I'm allowin myself a 3 month window period. Am I being totally unrealistic? Reasons are for planning around work, finances, etc. Thanks would appreciate your feedback!

Can I have the passage to give to my friend? She says that I'm going against the bible because I eat meat (I'm not Christian so I don't care either way, I just want to prove her wrong xD), and the bible says 'Thou shalt not kill'. To be clear you can't set their gun's safety lock in advance, during, nor after the bullet that will be fired. You can't have anyone else set the safety lock of said gun at any of those times neither. Nor is any other kind of beforehand sabotage of the gun in question allowed. Thus rusting or jamming its chamber are not valid answers.

Shooting or any other kind of physical disruption of the person who will fire the gun isn't allowed neither. Wearing a bullet proof vest isn't a valid answer because that would only address the bullet after it has already been fired and therefore wouldn't stop it from being fired.

How do you stop their bullet from being fired?

To make a long story short my rat bit my sisters snake it darted out and now I cant find it. Where would a snake hide. We own a very big house because I have nine brothers and sisters. After taking control of Pakistan through a bloodless coup, Musharraf has had to deal with the corrupt vestiges of previous administrations; Bhuttos' being one of them. Musharraf declared martial law just prior to the Pakistani Supreme Courts' decision on the validity of his presidency. No big surprise there, as he had no faith in a court of law justifying a coup. Just how far would this guy go to bring his country out of the dark ages....
