ok my digital camera everytime i take pictures like all this gay lines appear, how do i get rid of time without spending money or going to a person?

You have 2 choices:

1) Pay to have your camera repaired

2) Buy a new camera

No cost? Can't see a person? Psychic repairs aren't available yet.

You might check to see if the camera is known to be defective by the manufacturer, in which case it would be covered by a recall or a warranty.

You might also check to see that there's no radio sources causing interference with the image (like your cell phone next to your camera when you take a photo).

Otherwise, you're going to have to get a new camera.

Nobody will fix a camera for you free, and even if they did, I'm certain you'd have to go to a person to get it done. If you know camera repair yourself, and have the right tools and a clean room, then you can attempt it.

By the way, what are "gay lines"?
