ok where thats two diff. questions both starting with everyone is diff. But to answer your first question let me just say you are lucky dont ask for signs yet i wasnt so lucky i my mornining sickless still hasnt really left yet. lol but for real give it another week or 2 for the morining sickness most the time it comes between 5-18 weeks but with some women they have it the whole pregnancy. Then with 2nd and 3rd trim you start to feel the baby move. Which goes into your second ques. when does it feel real for some it's when your baby first move(i mean really move like a kick in the rib)lol anyways im 20wkswith my second and it still havent hit me all the way that im preggo esp. because im in my second trim. and im at the peace stage(the best you'll going to feel thought out the whole preg.) while i hope i helped you a little congrads

I didn't get any symptoms until I was in my 6th week, and then I wished I had never wondered why I didn't have any! I was so sick for the first 23 weeks, it was insane. And it didn't feel like being pregnant, it just felt like being sick. I hope you are much luckier.
I guess it didn't really sink in until I started to feel the baby move. That was around 16 weeks or so. A few weeks later the kid was kicking my belly all over the place, so I was definitely convinced by that point! Don't worry...it will all become real soon enough.
Good luck and congrats!

Well first of all, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! How exciting. I am 10w4d and I am still getting used to the idea. The BEST part, where I was really like, "I am pregnant" was when I heard the baby's heartbeat. It was such a wonderful experience. I wish I would have recorded it. Now once I start really showing and I see the baby on an ultrasound, that will probably be when it really sinks in.

I remember for weeks and weeks I just wanted to see my tummy grow more and more. I got irritated over how long it was taking to get my pregnant belly. To feel pregnant. To look pregnant. Week by week I visited my "babycenter.com" page to see the progression and growth of my baby, reading off to my fiance all of the things she was going through this week, and that week...
My first ultrasound was at 6 weeks and my little girl was only an embryo then! So tiny, but had a heart beat, and she was a "little jumping bean" I could see movement THAT early. I realize although she didn't look like a baby in the least, she was alive, and that I had a growing human being inside of me. All I had up until 20 weeks were those few ultrasounds to let me see her grow. Then finally I hit 20 weeks and started to feel her kicking. Then weeks and weeks passed by and I could actually see her kicking and hitting my stomach outward. By week 30 I had a 3D/4D ultrasound and saw her face for the very first time. She looked like a newborn although she had growing to do. Now I am 39 weeks and prepared to delivery my Kaylee Marie any day now, and me and my fiance could not be more excited!
Good luck with your pregnancy, and take good care! It'll all kick in soon!! =) And it's a beautiful thing.

Well I was in denial from the first poitive result. It sank in about the time I had my first appointment and saw the ultrasound. I know that sounds a lil late since I was lik 9 weeks by then but I tried to have a baby for 5 years and NOTHING. I started medication for diabetes and I am pregnant within a month.

I'm still waiting for it to really hit me. I know I'm pregnant because I have heard the heartbeat and all that, but I still don't "feel" pregnant inbetween OB appointments. Until I hear that little heartbeat again it won't be real again. I have heard once your baby starts moving around is when you really "feel" pregnant because then the baby makes sure you are reminded of it. :) So I am waiting patiently for the first flutter.

I'm about 33 weeks now and sometimes I still can't believe I'm pregnant again. Usually you start getting signs and symptoms around 6 weeks, maybe your lucky and won't get anything too bad. Congrats.

With my first baby it took until I was 6 months to really believe it. I am pregnant now at 11 weeks and it already seems real. It is one of those unbelievable experiences.
