I don't have a static IP.
Being not a knower when it comes to those things, I would assume that I am tracked by my IP address, so if this changes every time I access the internet, then I should be viewed as a different person by Google or anyone who has the potential to gain personal information about my internet activities.

Why is this assumption wrong and how will anyone track me as a single person, anyway?

Firstly,i have chosen the wrong combination to my studies.Nw,my studies is in a 'disaster'.Almost all my subjects are failing.I regret not heeding my mum's advice to choose that combination she asked me to as i just followed my friend.Due to this,my parents are evry angry as well as upset.Nw,they decided not to care about me,they even ignore me when i tok to them.My father will always go against me and when i am using the computer playing,guess what he did.He go close my door because he told me he do not want to look at me.I HATE HIM.Whenever i am using the computer,my parents are not pleased with me and will find things to pick on me.I CANT COPE WITH MY STUDIES AND I AHVE TO TOLERATE ALL THAT STUPID NONENSE.I HAVE ENOUGH OF IT!!!!!!!!!!

In the past few months we have been off and on with breaking up. He does not want to let go, but i did. Mostly because of him talking on his cell to other women to include his ex and he kept lieing to me saying he wasn't. Some how i always give in and get back with him. He even asked me to marry him a few weeks ago.But i know he has done that in the past with others just to mess there minds up, he told me so a long time ago. We spent most of the weekend together and x-mas with his family yesterday. He did not get me even a ring 2 show he was serious or something for christmas.I figured if he loved me so much he would at least try and buy me a gift with the hopes of seeing me so he could give it to me. he says i have confused him and did not want to see him so thats why he did not buy me anything. even though i do know the true meaning of christmas, do you think i should have gotten something from him since he has been expressing soo much, he loves me and does not want 2 let me go?

I have been working on a website I do not have a domain name yet and I am not being hosted. Is it better to a get a package deal when it comes to getting the domain and hosting from the same company?

The website I am building does include some controversial material, not pictures or anything, it basically deals directly with religion and the misconceptions about it, but it can get graphic and reading some of the sites that offer domains and such, seem to have issues with controversial issues, I know they mean illegal stuff but you can never be too careful.

I just need some basic advice on easiest ways to go about this.
