When listening carefully one will notice that when young children have acquired a new language, their speech often does not bear the same accent that their parents do. In fact, they bear no "foreign accent" at all. According to a recent study, young immigrant students are more likely to speak a new language with the same diction as native speakers. However, those who learn later in life usually have accents no matter how hard they study. There are reasons why young students master the pronunciation of another language in a short time. Youth like exposure to new things. They listen to the foreign language on television or radio and imitate the speech of the actors. On the other hand, senior students have a habit of watching their favorite shows and listening to music in their own familiar language. Hence, there is a huge gap of experience with the language between the two groups. For instance, I study both Spanish and French as second languages

I am pretty sure GTA4 will not release on ps2...Only 360 and ps3.
But will there be a different version out on ps2?
I hear rumors of a GTA sin city or something for ps2.

I know this is a cliche question (well to me it is). I was in the store today trying to return pants (that's a whole other store cuz the biOtch told me they don't exchange clothes without a tag attached). Anyway today when I was there, a up tempo, fast dance song was playing and I can't remember the name of it! All I really remember is some lyrics- "run for you." I know a lot of gay bars/clubs play it- I'm gay and have heard it b4. Anyway, any help is apprecitated. OOO and it's not on their website- some of those songs are super old; like the Cher one, I'm sick of that song."

I am looking for information on what area of Finland this name comes from. My great grandfather Mike (Mika or Mikko?) was the last known member of my family that I know of to use the name. When he immigrated to the US, he was forced to shorten it to Jarve in order to find work. Jarve is a fairly uncommon name as it is and I'm having a hard time finding sources that would help me find his place of origin. Does anyone have any advice or know anything about my family?

Alright here it goes. Shy, quiet guy. Loud mouth girl with a shy side. All boy would do is shyly smile at her and turn away and/or put his head down. Both play the staring and quickly turn away game. Girl finally sits down and chats with him recently, he quotes everything off her facebook profile. Boy finally comes out of his shell with girl and begins to goof around and laugh with her, gabs with her every chance he gets. Questions her about everything about herself..Boy acts totally different with her than others..yadda yadda...

Girl is highly attracted to boy and wants to make a move, but doesn't know how, doesn't want to scare him off, doesn't know how he feels. Doesn't want to fudge it up....

Some say snatch him. Others are saying give it some time, it's new, learn more about each other, he may be in the same boat.

They are bound by a child together and even though I believe it's not right, they play like they love each other.

Now the problem, I stay over sometimes and her bf likes to play w/my hair, harass me while I walk and attempts to cuddle with me when we go to bed. He likes me, he always has, as much as I don't want to, I've developed a crush on him for all the things she doesn't see, I really do. Before they had their kid, she cheated on him, which I believe, created this child out of his desperation to keep her. Now, he just looks fed up and she seems sad over what her life has become.

I've decided to not act upon what I feel but what if they break up? The kid being involved makes everything seem pathetic, like I'm tearing apart a family that I was like an aunt to.

Any helpful words? ANY one?
