Do you think some tv news reporters and newspaper reporters would cover the event for those left behind to watch as a tv special which will probably be the highest rated show in creation? Would some reporters be that dumb to do that?

Mini-DVI to DVI cable?

I was looking at the Mini-DVI to DVI cable that you can get with a MacBook or whatever and i saw it looks really short, something like 10 cm. So my question is, how would I use that to connect my MacBook to my monitor? Is there somethign else I have to do rather than directly connecting the two with the short cable?

How much stock does everyone put into books such as the Jesus Papers or Davinci Code?

I've been reading several books debating the devinity of Jesus. One book even claims that documents have been found dating Jesus to be alive after the date of the crucification. I don't consider myself a religious person... but I find all this facinating. How much stock do you guys put into these finding and readings? Does this really open up the ideas of exploration into religious backgrounds?

lets just say hypothetically and I mean REALLY hypothetically...?

that you convinced us non-believers that theres a higher being out there. how do we know its the christian god and not the hindu god or gods. like how do we know the bible is the real deal and not something like the koran? I mean if we're gonna worship someone we plan on worshipping the right one. so how do we know the christian god is the right one?

What Should I Do?

okay well i have to choose between a girl or boy.

first there my ex gf me and her love each other and i've hurt her in the past but i love her. she's worth a lot to me and i want to show her i can do better and i care about her a lot.

then theres my ex bf but he loves me, and i love him too. i know its like "how could she love 2 people?" well i do so get over it. well he lives in Canada but hes moving here in a few years because of his basketball career. and he wants to have a future with me. and i want to also have a future with him. but then again i want to have one with my ex gf. she loves me and i love her. i have no idea what to do. and to add on to that, they both hate each other. ive been told im too immature to even have this stuff. but i dont really care i just need help on what to do, insteed of being called names.

that you could push instead of thumbs up and thumbs down and the "answerer" would hear them what sounds should be available??????

Advice on Indian money?

My parents are travelling from the UK to India for 2 weeks on business on January 1st.....and they have been wondering how they will manage for money while they are there. If they are not able to obtain Indian rupees before arrival in India, will it be easy to do so once they have arrived? And during their stay? They will be visiting New Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Any help/advice would be appreciated!

Hit a large median(curb) in my truck.?

Story:
I took an exit ramp and was going around 35-45 mph in my truck(Chevy s10), which was straight but then turned into a very sharp turn. I was going too fast so I braked and ended up sliding, because it was raining, right over the median. I lucked out and didn't hit a car or anything else. I'm so glad it was just a curb median and not a guardrail. I continued driving once I regained control but the whole way home I couldn't go about 40mph or the truck would shake violently. The alignment was also very off after this and the rim was bent.

Question:
Besides the obvious, replacing the bent rim and getting the wheels aligned and balanced. Is there anything else I will need to look at or fix? And is the shaking above 40mph caused by the bent rim or something much more severe? People have told me both. Thanks!
