I got my new insurance card in the mail today. On it, it has a list of what my co-pays are for different services. Office Service, Emergengy Room, Inpatient, etc. In the same list it mentions RX Formulary ($8/$15) and RX Non-Formulary ($25/$25). What does this mean? Is the price difference between generic and name brand? Is one better than the other?

Do you remember what the occasion of making, recieving or buying it was and If so can you share your memory with us?

My first one was making popcorn garland with my mom when I was around 6 years of age and my second fondest memory was making a Christmas tree card for her out of maccaroni when I was in kindergarden.
She has kept it in a trunk for me all these years!

Me and a couple friends were driving into the city for a night of partying, we live about 40 min away. Anyway as we driving one of my friends had to pee because alcohol (not the driver). So we pull into a gas station but guess what - it's just a person in a tiny booth, no service or bathrooms!

So my friend ran around to the side of the building and past this ice vending machine. And she just went for a pee there on the asphalt, couching behind the ice machine!!!

What do you do, if in the same situation?

My husband and I were on the verge of divorce less than six months ago but decided to try and make it work. There are some insecurities lingering because of the what we went thru. I don't go out with friends like I used to for two reasons, one to make us stronger and two because I get more enjoyment out of being w/ him than hanging out with them. My friends took me to a bar last month for my b-day and just to reassure him I called a few times and texted him to let him know he was on my mind. Yesterday was his holiday wrk party and I've been pretty sick lately and he said he would call to check on me since he doesn't have a cell for me to reach him. Well he didn't and it upset me, I'm not feeling well and he goes 7 hrs without so much as a how are you, did the kids get home safe nothing. Am I being over dramatic? Seriously I am hurt but wonder if I'm over-reacting.

Vet says no table scraps except potatoe skins, brocolli (sparkey says no to) bananna(sparkey also says no to) she likes potatoe skins but what else?This 15yr old dalmation thinks supper is for her too so I need to throw her some kind of food? awhile ago i bought roler coaster tycoon 3 and i built alot of parks then i lost the disk for an early christmas present someone gave me roller coaster tycoon 3 platnum witch is roller coaster tycoon 3 and 2 expansion packs: wild and soaked i put it in my computer and pressed the icon for my old disk it works fine but the xpansion packs are not on there how do i get it on there with out loosing my saved games
