I'm currently zone manager over a useless piece of s***. This is not some YA clown venting, I'm serious.

I think I can get him fired with a numbers-based presentation alone, but I want more help. Please. And do star, if you find it thought-provoking, please =)

I used a real estate agent to find a new apartment. I am about to sign the lease and pay the broker's fee to her, but she requested that it be in cash only. She said it's office policy because it's easier to split commission that way. I found this a little strange, but I've never used an agent before, so maybe it's normal? She did say she would give me a receipt, but I still wanted to get feedback from other people before just handing her a bunch of cash.

If you parked your car in a business parking lot and it happened to get stolen, is it the city or business that is responsible for that lot?

*Didn't happen to me, just had a dispute with the wife on who's land that would belong to. I say it's the business fault for not having proper surveillance and she says that its a city claim.

I am looking to replace my 'good ole reliable' Ninja 250R with something that's more long distance-friendly. I am torn between Suzuki's V-Strom and SV650, and the Ninja 650R.

While I am leaning towards the V-Strom because of its ergonomics, I am wondering how these 3 bikes compare since dealers don't give 'test rides'.

I am not really looking for interstate riding, but since I have friends and family around central FL, where I live, I am looking for something that will be comfortable for the 50-100 mile ride range, which is something that I can't do comfortably on my Ninja 250R.

So in sum, I want a sporty-looking bike that can do both short and long trips comfortably, either by going solo, or with a passenger. How do these 3 bikes compare? Which one will satisfy my needs? Thank you!

I skate anywhere from 3-6 times a week and am getting sick of my hands smelling like my hockey gloves all the time. I air out my gloves the correct way along with the rest of my equipment (not a scumbag like some guys who leave their bag in their car week after week, open it up and smells like someone died). I can't explain the smell, it's not as bad as the gloves (which I sometimes wash) but there's definitely a funk to my hands. I know you guys know what I'm talking about. Right now I soak my hands in soap for a bit before I shower. Helps a little. Is there a product that will extract the bacteria from my hands? Thanks

Ok, so I'm preparing my documents for the upcoming tax season and I noticed that on last year's return, although the preparer entered the amount that I paid in mortgage interest, I didn't get a credit for it. Does anyone know why? I remember last year, she explained something about having "too many credits". Is it possible to do an amendment and get the credit this go round?

it's not like I've done something so horrible to someone, physically and emotionally and I haven't done a crime. Yet for some reason I often feel guilty about how I feel for myself and making other people feel the way I do. It's weird........anyone ever feels/felt this way? if so, how did you deal? I know, it's got to do with confidenece issues.. but I feel like even if I raise my confidence I might still feel guilty or other people might make me feel that way..
