The vast majority of scientists are as stupid as the next guy.
I should say that 1000 times, according to A.H.

Who are these "vast majority" ? The Vast Majority believe that global warming is all about the world doing its own thing. Who do we humans think we are that we could do any thing to harm this earth. The earth will take care of it self. Have you noticed lately how it does that? People of the world have!!!. Even here in the good old USA. Keep it clean mother earth!!! Ya just better hope she don't need you any more. Huh? Live long and prosper.

If you meant global warming, it is true, if you generalize, it is a rotunds NO. Long time ago 99.0000% said the world was flat till Colombus disvovered the way to what is now America and Magadelians made it around the globe (Columbus did not dicover America, The natives discovered it a few 1,000´s years before). Before Darwin, 99.999% belived that Adam and Eve started mankind. So, time will tell if most scientist are right or wrong.

No it won't. For hundreds of years the vast majority of scientists also believed the Earth was flat and the center of the universe. Being in the majority doesn't necessarily make them wrong either though, but there's always something to be said for the naysayers.

If they didn't, then there would be peer-reviewed papers concluding otherwise. There are not.

Or there would be scientific organizations with the stance that CO2 emissions do not cause global warming to accelerate. There is not a single scientific organization which claims this.

Of course, a scientist would have to be really ignorant to claim that a greenhouse gas does not cause global warming to accelerate.

Are these the same vast majority who told us the earth was flat, the seas at the edges were ihnabited by monsters, that traveling more than 12 miles per hour would kil a human, that the sun revolved aroung the earth, that we would one day die of global cooling......

take all pronouncements with a grain of salt.

This is true "sometimes". It may take time for something to truly go away but "ignore" sometimes works as the best solution. There are instances, though, that the best way is to..... confront. This may even lead to a more peaceful.......... CLOSURE...

Yes, it makes it true. much like clicking your heals together and chanting "there's no place like home."

Though yes there is evidence that supports the C02 global warming effect. Though there is also evidence supporting it is a natural occurance. more research needs to be done.

It worked for Lenin and Trotsky. Every time I see this subject I ask myself, "Why couldn't Al gore have been satisfied with just inventing the internet? Why did he have to invent global warming too?
