I'm currently zone manager over a useless piece of s***. This is not some YA clown venting, I'm serious.

I think I can get him fired with a numbers-based presentation alone, but I want more help. Please. And do star, if you find it thought-provoking, please =)

Wouldn't it be better to try to improve this person seeing as you are the manager. Think of his/her family and how getting fired would affect them. Being a leader means you have to look at the whole picture, right? Maybe I am wrong I don't know.

I have to say that you might want to check your attitude towards this person. It does not sound professional. If you are convinced that things would be better if this person was no longer there then you need to build a strong case. You might want to consider at looking at why this person is not being a more productive worker? Usually people aren't the problem, it's a system problem. I would rule that out first. What is the root cause? What are you trying to achieve? We all have to work with at least some people that we don't like. Take the personal stuff out of it as best you can. Focus on the business and the needs of the business.

Purposely trying to get a co-worker fired through sabotage, gas-lighting, or any other planted method is unethical, and a form of harassment. Do yourself a favor and quit. If you take an honest approach and log a formal complaint up the chain of command then if the problem is serious you will succeed. Its a two way street remember, and the fact that you are looking for a covert method to get a co-worker fired means you have something to hide.

Oh grow up ...You sound like you are a creep and if you were at my company doing all this backstabbing you would be shitcanned in a heart beat.....If you are trying to get more productivity out of your worker you might try working with him instead of trying to get him to lose his job... I am a boss and I have run it to what I call Lickolottasses like you and I weed them out.....I hope you don't work for me.....GET BACK TO WORK....
