A friend of mine, a property manager, she manages apartments complexes she got assulted by a previous resident who was a problem and was evicted and she was beaten with a hammer and is not able to work at present she has nightmares and difficulty thinking straight and is under a psychotheropy care and had to have several stitches on head and cannot work now she is being layed off ...can she sue the owners of complex ???

I am a 15 year old girl wondering if there is anyway i can get any taller. My 15th birthday was in august and i am 5"4. i have heard that shoe size matters when it comes to your height, but have also heard it does not. my mom is 5"3 and my dad is 5"10. Thanks for all the help!

There are plenty of suspicious stories and untruths from baseball over the past 150 years. Is there one myth that you hear that annoys you because you know it's not true?

Based on the recent shooting spree at the chruch in Colorado, the security guard who was working there was tired, weak and nearly blind after severely starving herself by fasting for a few days - when she heard God's voice telling her to aim and shoot.

Am I to assume that this recipe is asking for unsalted butter because it also has you adding salt to the cookies. I found this statement and am wondering if it is true. Recipes are written for unsalted butter. If you only have salted in the house, omit any salt that might be in the recipe.

1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

I got the freeze off and I used it 15 TIMES. I also went to the doctor and it didn't go away AT ALL. THe wart is multiplying. I now have 4 or five warts . one is big, one is medeum, and the rest are small. they are all on the ball of my foot. I have had this wart for YEARS. what do I do?

ALSO do you have to be a certain age to go to a profesional wart doctor??

What is the most you would pay per gallon of gas before you make MAJOR changes in your lifestyle or protest? I don't mean like buying less soda during the day. I mean more like carpooling even if the hours are off (meaning sitting at work waiting or going in hours early), only driving your car when you absolutely HAVE to, pressuring lawmakers to get alternative energy pushed through faster for vehicles, riding a bike to work even if it's a long distance, or getting rid of your truck or SUV even if you need it due to your situation (kids, haul items alot, etc...)?
I ask this question because recent legislation is giving I beleive about 10 years for carmakers to increase fuel economy, however at the current rate of fuel cost increase, we'd be paying in the range of $7 to $9 a gallon by then. This I seeing being an amount that would price many people out of being able to drive. I am getting worried. Any other opinions?

I've always been of the opinion that you can teach yourself how to do most things as long as you have the initial talent, but lately it seems I should have taken art courses in photography so that I would have a chance of working in the field.
