There is a house I would like to make an offer on in Queens, NYC. It's a short sale. As a 1st time homebuyer, I planned on taking advantage of incentives from SONYMA (state mortgage assistance) In addition to SONYMA my bank also has a 1st time homebuyer's program. My credit scores are good. The agent, however, says that they will require me to use their mortgage broker to do this deal. He says they want to avoid even the smallest things that would interrupt the closing. The offering price for the short sale is suppose to compensate for the "little bit extra" paid to the broker. Can I be denied this house if I'm uncomfortable using his broker?

My symptoms are: sore throat lil bit of a cough, chills then get really warm. sometimes head aches i go to the bathroom whenever i need to. i almost fainted during mass. not that much of an apetite like i will get real hungry then not hungry lil bit of shakes please help me i have a fear of doctors so i need one of you to help me! thanks

She's young, married, loves to party, lives her live the way she wants to and always ignores me because i'm just a simple person , don't smoke drink or party and i don't mind being home. She never says "hi" and when i see her in public pretends she doesn't know me. Now the holidays is coming and from how she treats me and it's been 3 years now since i have been married t her brother, i have given up on having her as anything but a figure whose just there. What's the deal? What do you think her eyebrows ACTUALLY look like, completely grown out? Do you think there is so much brow hair that she is able to go for a wide range of styles?

When I ask why people believe in God on Y!A, many religious people say that they have just felt God's presence, therefore he must exist. But how does one "feel God's presence?" I would argue that this is some sort of intrinsic fault in humans that are too weak and therefore they need to believe in a higher power. Any other thoughts?
