I feel like my coworkers (whom we spend a lot of time with and have known eachother for 5 years) don't really know me. I want to know what they REALLY think but can answer anonymously.

You probably already know the answer. If you have known each other for 5 years you should have a general idea what they think about you.

if they did not bother to get to know you after 5 years, you probably do not want to know what they think of you.

always assume that people think you're horrable , then when they don't think that it will be good news , but try to never know , what the truth is , the truth is so dissapointing ...
