HEY. WELL LAST NiGHT i NOTiCED MY BOOBS HAD CLEAR STiCKY STUFF COMiNG OUT, NOT REALLY THAT MUCH BUT WHEN i SQUEEZED MY BOOBS MORE CAME OUT. i AM ALMOST 27WKS PREGO. BUT TODAY NOTHiNG WANT COME OUT OF THEM. ? WHEN WiLL MORE STUFF START COMiNG OUT, AND WHEN WiLL iT GET MORE MiLK LiKE LOOKiNG? .. && iS THiS NORMAL HOW THERE DOiNG SO FAR? THiS iS M Y 2ND PREGNANCY, BUT iN MY LAST PREGNANCY i DiDN'T GET THiS FAR B/C OF A MiSCARRiAGE, SO i'M NEW TO ALL THiS. THANKS!

I am currently pregnant and have told my employer. I have just heard that from my direct boss that the director will speak to me next week about them wanting to change my position. I am currently a manager in an insurance company and there are no risks or other reasons why I cant do my job. If they insist that I take a different role how do I stand? I have tried to look all over the internet about changing a contract whilst pregnant but I cant seem to find anything relevant. Any advice would be really helpful as I dont want to lose my position and practically be demoted just for being pregnant!!

I'm for it in the workplace, because I know there are racists out there and some who are not necessarily racist, but just ignorant and have certain opinions (not the word i'm looking for) about different races.

I'm against it in educational settings, because it should be based on smarts, not race. I do not see any correlation between race and smarts, unless you happen to be a foreigner who couldn't tackle the english language,and so, were disadvantaged.

It keeps freezing my computer and breaking my internet connection. I've updated my modem drivers but that only helped for a few minutes. I'm running Windows 98 on a year-old USR Winfax 56K modem.

They aren’t motivated enough to get a degree/ go to school.
They sleep on the couches at friends’ homes until they are no longer friends anymore, he wears out the welcome in other words.
He only calls home for money.
He has no job hence no way to pay their bills. He lost his car to repossession.
He doesn’t look for a job but spends the day surfing the internet or playing Xbox.
He thinks working at McDonald’s is below him.
At the homes he stays at, he doesn’t help with chores.
He doesn’t cook but complains when there is nothing to eat.
He expects others to buy his cigarettes.
He got kicked out of the military.
He will spend weeks wearing the same clothes.

Yes, the earth is experiences change! and we need to be ready for that change and work on WHAT can WE change?. We CAN seriously clean up of air quality. Money is the bait used to reel me in to want to change. Money talks. I've seemed to have heard that before. Gee pay me and I'll promise not to cut down my tree.
On the other side it's the love of money that doesn't want change. Look at the Oil Companies. What are they going to do when we decide to change to using fuels made from grain?

He has know respect for anyone working there, And had 3 staff quitt because he doesnt communicate. He talks to her like shitt. And ive had enuff i just want to go up there and sort it myself. How hes keeping his buisness going i dont know. Did i mention the 3 staff didnt get replaced and there work has been put onto my partner. She wont leave as dole doesnt pay rent and bills.

My son is 13 months and still in diapers. Lately he has been taking his diaper off by himself,along with that he trys to sit on the "big toilet" and he also knows how to flush it. Is this a sign that he is really to begin potty training?

im on my third day away from my babies who are in intensive care. I have been told by a doctor i have food poisoning and cant risk the infection to them... i really miss them and it hurts that i can only watch them through some glass....

few questions really..

how long does it take food poisoning to clear?

can i do anything to speed up the process?

and

will it effect my babies me not being there to hold them for the past 3 days?

i can wave at them through some glass so they still see me, im just not allowed into the room to hold them. i really miss them and love them.
