In short, my girl went on vacation, hooked up with a guy (although she says they just kissed), came home and broke up with me via text message.

After not seeing or speaking to each other for a month, she finally came over and apologized for the way she treated me. We talked it out and cried a little.

I still have strong feelings for her but I can't read her and how she may feel. Last night, I walked over to her place to say happy birthday and have a beer with her. We laughed and talked but i didn't sense any sparks from her. The conversation started to turn toward "us" and then her friend stopped by with a birthday present. I hugged her friend and made my exit.

What am I doing??? Big mistake?? Am I groveling??

I have been really thinking about all that I have been reading in the bible and I can't seem to understand why would God would allow us innocent people to be born with sin because Adam and Eve sinned. I didn' eat the forbidden fruit. I have two children and when one does something wrong and the other hasn't I don't punish them both. That would be wrong and unfair.

And why does God need to prove his sovereignty to Satan. God is the Almighty why should he care what Satan thinks? I would have destroyed Satan, Adam and Eve then started over and would have re-created man until I got it right. I just don't know about this world, the bible, or religion. What is the point :-(

I am so mad at my bf because he always cancels his plans on me last minutes before letting me know...so that I could not make any other plans because it's already always late...it has happen in past many times and I ignored it and tried to dont make a big deal out of it....Im a kind of person who sticks in her tplans..values her time very organized..I got mad because he is too inconsiderate and doent respect my time that I planed to be with him already..(Im not talking bout emergeny times I definitly understand that situation ) But canceling for bullshit reasons pisses me off. I feel so angry and unhappy because this attitude is to immature...That makes me feel unimportant and so that..I was so mad at him and didnt answer his calls..untill now..so I dont know what to do...Im still so mad and also want him come and apologize for what he has done..need some help to calm myself down and some advice how to talk to him to get the best result out of it without hurting his feelings.

hi,this thing about 6200 ciggies being the so called allowance.its a very grey area as it also states that you may lose your ciggies if you are over this amount and if you cant prove they are for family/friends,which i apparently did cos i was way over this amount.the thing is tho we were told that the amount we had they would expect to last us a year,they gotta be kidding.yes we were nearly double their (guideline) allowance.so what they are saying is we cant bring back ciggies/baccy/cigars for the next 12 months? we are off again in feb what do you think should we risk it,can they really inforce what they are saying? none of these things we brought back are for gain,we were even paid in advance by friends to bring some smokes back for them.so should we bring some back in feb or not bother.you know what im gonna bring some back and to hell with them.agree or no? do you think we were lucky to have kept the (contraband) lol.

I am currently just over 30 days past due on my car payment. Yesterday, a representative from my auto finance company called my mother (whom I listed as a reference on my finance application), told her that I am behind on my car payment and that I was going to lose my car if I did not contact their office immediately. Isn't this third party disclosure in the attempt to collect upon a debt and grounds for a lawsuit?

If so, what state would I have to pursue this lawsuit in? I live in Arizona, my finance company is based in Utah and my mother lives in Georgia.

Paul writes "masters, be good to your slaves", and the bible talks about slavery a lot, but never condemns the practice and never says that god condemns it. now that is what you would expect from a book written 2000+ years ago by mere people...but not from a book truly inspired by god...

so which is it? is the bible not the inspired word of god, or does god not object to people owning other people?

"That Summer's day" was a Childrens Docudrama about the 7/7 Bombings, told through the eyes of some school children.

It was a program that marked the first year after the bombings and it was shown on CBBC.

I've looked on the BBC and CBBC websites but I didn't find anything. I also had no luck by searching for it on Google.

Can anyone please tell me whether they put it on DVD and if not, where can I see it without downloading it and for free?

About a week ago, I asked a question, which was deleted. So before anyone decides to click that button, this IS a question, I am NOT attacking anyone, and I really DO want an answer.
The question is this:
Why do some Muslim apologetics try to use the Bible to validate Muhammed's prophet status, and yet consider the Bible to be corrupted? How can a "corrupted" book validate Islam's prophet?
I'm just trying to understand you guys. Can you help me out?
