My schedule requires me to be awake early, which I have no problem with, but what time should I probably go to bed?

I want to build the habit of waking up this early.
Thnks! =D

Be in bed no later than 9pm with a nightly 30 minute relaxation routine prior to that (help you to get yourself in the right frame of mind for sleep).

To get your eight hours sleep at 4 a.m. you'll need to be asleep by 8 p.m. So giving yourself 1/2 hour to get to sleep you should hit the rack at Appr. 7:30 p.m. But that all depends on how fast you go to sleep when you go to bed.

Getting up a 5 a.m. you'll need to be asleep by 9:00 p.m. to get your eight hours sleep. Giving yourself 1/2 hour to fall asleep you'll need to be in the rack by 8:30 p.m.. But again that depends on how quick you fall asleep when you go to bed.

I think 9pm will be a good idea like that you can have atleast 7 hours of sleep. Sleep keeps you young a rested.
