How I feel is like when you get motion sickness when you are on a theme park ride or when you are in a car for a long period of time but it has been happening off and on for days. Help!

Hello. Ive had a month off, just resting, nothing else.
Im usually quite an intense martial arts/fitness freak. I needed a rest as I got glandular fever and was not feeling too good.
My health is good now but I've put on weight and obviously Im not very fit.
I want to get back to where I was a month ago a.s.a.p as I have a second dahn test in a couple months.
How much regression has occured taking a month off?
Whats the best ways to get back into condition quick.?
How long should I expect it to take before Im at the level of fitness as before?

I lead a middle school small group and the ministry just collected nearly 8000 lbs of nonperishables ( canned goods mainly ) is there any way to figure out how many people this will feed (some sort of calculated estimate)? I would love to say, "because of our work we helped feed over X amount of people."

Yes, I'm asking again. Why? Trinitarians have a hard time understanding John 17:3 and 1 Corinthians 8:6. They agree theres only one true God, but the one true God is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
-Trinity Doctrine-
The Trinity consist of three persons, all being one God. The Father is not the Son, and the Son is not the Father and so on. So, by looking at these two verses, you have contradiction.
I have to explain this clearly because Trinitarians aren't getting the true understand of this verse.
In John 17:3, Jesus calls his Father the only true God, leaving out himself and the Holy Spirit.
In 1 Corinthians 8:6, the one God is the Father, not the the Son or the Holy Spirit.
So both of these verses says the one God is the Father, leaving out the other two persons.
So based on what they're saying, the one and only true God is the Father, not a trinity.
Example:
If three people were given the same title, but only one of them was called true, what does that tell you?

I have a 3 year old grandson. Who diagnosed with allergies and asthma when he was 1 yr. old. It is very hard to decide if he has a bad cold or his allergies. But there is a lot of heavy yellow mucus and some bleeding from nose. Hard to breath. When he has a bad spell there can be upset stomach and vomiting. When there is vomiting there is a lot of heavy flem from the stomach. So I had a son that had this problem when he was young then he grew out of it at 2. So what do you think. My grandson has been on zytec also.

I'm playing God of War II, and I'm on the 50% of the game. I'm at a part were I'm fighting with this witch in a round room and them, when i thought i killed her i go fight with this other witch on top of a sword. When i defit the witch she's locked inside this glass and while i'm fighting with the 1st witch from before she keeps appearing from inside the glass and throwing green fire on me. I can't get out of this part what do i do?? sometimes the witch stays on the floor with this green bubble around her, and the other witch still continues to blow at me, any help??
