This is in reference to an article I read a couple of days ago in which young people recently graduating from college and grad school are not having families or buying homes at the rates their parents or grandparents did. Some say huge student loans prevent them from starting a family. should the US govenrment offer more assistance for young people?

I say Scott Kazmir: The guy plays for a terrible team in the toughest hitting division in baseball and still puts up pretty decent numbers. Once he gets out of there, he will be a superstar.

Who are some others?

Can you help? We're both on a diet, we're 20 and 24 *male and female* and can't think for the life of us! I'll vote best answer if somebody has a miracle on there that we didn't think of!

We already have: loo roll, bread, cheese, eggs, ham, mushrooms, beans, hygeine products.

From wide-open prairies,
To small elevators,
A fart will find all of us
Sooner or later.

So be not afraid
Of the invisible gas,
For always remember,
That farts, too, shall pass.

A noted sex therapist realized that people often lie about the
frequency of their encounters, so he devised a test to tell for
certain how often someone had sex.
To prove his theory, he filled up an auditorium with people, and went
down the line asking each person to smile. Using the size of the
person's smile, the therapist was able to guess accurately how often
each person had sex. The last man in line was grinning from ear to
ear.
"Twice a day," the therapist guessed, but was surprised when the man
said no. "Once a day, then?" Again the answer was no. "Twice a week?"
"No."
"Twice a month?"
"No."
When the doctor asked, "Once a year?" the man finally said yes.
The therapist was angry that his theory hadn't worked with this
individual, and he asked the man, "What the heck are you so happy
about?"
The man answered, "Tonight's the night!"

An irishman now living in Wales had a car accident and in the heat of the moment called the other driver, a Welsh woman, an English b*tch.

I realise the word 'b*tch' was offensive but the man was tried and found guilty of racism. That I do not understand because as far as I am aware Irish, English and Welsh are of the same race.

So how is that racism?

Hey

I'm making a small auctions website for my University as part of my final year computing project. One aspect of the site that I have so far overlooked is the Terms and Conditions that the site will require. Law is not my speciality and as a student, I cannot afford to pay a lawyer £300 to create a custom set of terms and conditions for my site.

Do you know anywhere I can get some general terms and conditions for my site that covers me from as much liability as possible in Scotland, and makes users responsible for using the site in a legal manner etc.

Many thanks

Glen
