Can you help? We're both on a diet, we're 20 and 24 *male and female* and can't think for the life of us! I'll vote best answer if somebody has a miracle on there that we didn't think of!

We already have: loo roll, bread, cheese, eggs, ham, mushrooms, beans, hygeine products.

Get some whole wheat pasta (it is surprising good) and some pasta sauce. If you feel like doing a little "cooking," get a clove of garlic, chop a few cloves and saute it in olive oil. Add the sauce and heat it up and add the cooked pasta to it. You can eat it with a small salad.

It is high fiber, low fat, filling, tastes good and is quick to make. If you want to, you can add a boneless chicken breast to it.

I would make a major stop in the produce section. Salads help me keep my weight down. Pick up some romaine lettuce, carrots, broccoli, onions, tomatoes. You can use the cheese, mushrooms, and boiled eggs on the salad. And don't forget salad dressing. I get regular ranch or blue cheese and then add a diet oil dressing to it to stretch it. I hate a dry salad. Also might want to pick up some lean turkey or chicken for the salad.
