I have received so many negative responses to the fact that I will be having a vegetarian wedding. Both my fiance and I are lacto-ovo vegetarians and for moral reasons. We would be uncomfortable with serving meat (including fish). But many people think I should accomodate to my guests' preferences. Or else they'll starve (i know, crazy).

I feel that it's only one meal, and vegetarian food does not mean starvation! Quite the opposite, you can eat tons and get your protein (and all other nutrition) quite easily. There's no 'imposing', as it's just one meal. And everyone can enjoy it (I will be having 1-2 vegans, so I'm trying to work around that as well).

I asked this question under the Wedding section, about what people would want at a Vegetarian wedding...got lots of responses dealing with people starving and they wouldn't go and it's rude, etc etc.

For those of you vegetarian couples who had a vegetarian wedding reception, how did you manage it?

you don't have to choose from these, but try to stick with franchises.

There will be plenty of time in the future to live away from your family, why miss the best years of your life away from them? I mean, there are certainly exceptions to this but for the most part, the reasons are quite lame. Getting your own place so you can have irresponsible sex and do other irresponsible things is not a reason to move out. Sex shouldn't even come before marriage, but that's another issue altogether. Staying at home gives one the opportunity to spend time with their family since they won't be around forever. Plus, there isn't any rent or expenses, you get your laundry done and meals cooked. I don't see what the rush is! I am a 28 year old male and I don't plan to move out until I am at least 30-35. Life is good! But please, help me understand why people feel so rushed to move out and why women my age don't see the logic and beauty of this choice? Family values are not attractive? What a world we live in indeed!!

Well I gave you two easy questions.
Some poor misguided people, thought my second question was racist, why because I mentioned black man?

because me and my best friend(that i like) talk on the phone for 2hours and sometimes i call and talk for 1hour then call later becaus she told me to and talk for 2 more hours. now she told me to call her tomorrow. just wondring if that was normal

obviously this is only a small section, but does it sound okay or could it be worded better?

Dr pervert has had a very detrimental on my psychological wellbeing. I am shocked as I never expected him to be capable of behaving in such a way. It was a huge breach of trust. His actions robbed me of my dignity and have left me feeling very degraded, vulnerable, exploited and dehumanized.

To this end, I would like this individual investigated and dealt with appropriately as without addressing his attitude and behaviour I believe that he will continue to act in a way that to me is a flagrant disregard to the standards we are entitled to expect from our medical practitioners. More importantly, I believe that he poses a potential danger to women, including, but not limited to women in his care.

Im using a EAA (Euopean American Arms) 38 special 2" alloy frame for my ccw.

My question is, is it ok, or not ok, to use +P ammo in a 2" alloy frame "J" frame revolver.

my friends are all 15-17 and i have $83 my mom and dad are buying a bunch of candy and little bags so ill fill up bags of candy for my friends and candy canes with a ribbon tied
for people i just met but could see us being friends.

I Was reconciling my account now for the month of July, ( I kow a bit to slow) and discovered 4 checks that cleared my account, that were stolen around october of last year.
This checks were reported stolen to the bank.

The bank saying that stop payment on checks is only for 6 months, and they might have no responsebility on this case.
so we have checks that wee reported stolen not my signuture on the checks and the bank still thinks its my problom, any sugestions?

An executive was in quandary. He had to get rid of one of his staff. He narrowed it down to one of two people -- Debra or Jack. It would be a hard decision to make, as they were both equally qualified and both did excellent work.

My 2 year old nephew barley speaks. He only says mama, dada and bye. He is working with a speech therapist once a month. What can I do to help him. His parents don't ever read books to him.
