Ooh my you have many names.
For Boys:
Finn - Nice..ever though about Finley
Peyton - Its not really the name I'd choose but I think its quite nice.
Hayden - Fair name
Riley - My favourite out of your list.
Jackson - Very nice name. Jack is a good all rounder and Jackson is even better.
Jayden - Very common but still ok.
Cameron - Ok
Hunter - Not sure about this one
Cooper - Not my type, but a fair name.
Rocco - Nice
Shawn - I like..other spellings used : shaun /sean
Rylan - Not sure..I think just Ryan is better
For Girls:
Charlie (Charlotte) - Charlie or Charley is nice, if you want her to be known as Charlie I suggest that is what you put on her birth certificate because more charlotte get shorted to something like lottie.
Ryan(n) - I've always known this as a boys name where I live.
Isabella -Isabella/Issy is a lovely name.
Linden - Not sure..Lynne/Lin is quite nice
Sydney - I think this is beautiful for a boy.
Brooke - alright, although where I live the name is considered as lower class
Brooklyn - again, same as above. I prefer welsh names like Bronwyn
Autumn - That is really beautiful - probably my favourite.
Elle - I llove the name Ellie and Ella so I think Elle is very classy
Riley - Nice
Kaylee . Kaylee/Kayleigh is a beautiful name.
Jayden Ok
Madison Not sure..although it is ok. How about Maddie?
Aubrianna I've never heard that name before but it is decent
Kiera A nice name
Jordan Reminds me too much of UK glamour model Jordan..
Autumn is beautiful - my fav - middle names , erm something with a R, like reese.
Riley - Maybe an E, like Edge or Eden.

Boy: Finn is an original name, I also like Rocco...
Girl: Brooklyn is really popular so it may be the flavor of the month, I don't know if you want to do that to your child. Isabella is a classical name and very pretty....
Middle name....hmmm...Mason...you can use it for both male or female...
