obviously this is only a small section, but does it sound okay or could it be worded better?

Dr pervert has had a very detrimental on my psychological wellbeing. I am shocked as I never expected him to be capable of behaving in such a way. It was a huge breach of trust. His actions robbed me of my dignity and have left me feeling very degraded, vulnerable, exploited and dehumanized.

To this end, I would like this individual investigated and dealt with appropriately as without addressing his attitude and behaviour I believe that he will continue to act in a way that to me is a flagrant disregard to the standards we are entitled to expect from our medical practitioners. More importantly, I believe that he poses a potential danger to women, including, but not limited to women in his care.

raggyann - I'm sorry but if I received a letter like this it would simply tell me one thing - compensation claim being sort.

I'm sure you mean well but the whole impression given is not one of upset and disgust...........if you want to create effect then you need to be more blunt and abrupt and you also will need to include the events that took place since the letter doesn't actually clarify what took place which you will need to do.

If you need this guy investigated be more straight-forward and without the 'rehearsal'.

I hope you don't take offence to my answer, it certainly is not my intention - but if something took place (in which you describe in an avoiding way) then be yourself. Truly.

Dr pervert has had a very detrimental effect on my psychological wellbeing. It came as a shock to me that he should be capable of behaving in such a way. It was a huge breach of trust. His actions robbed me of my dignity and have left me feeling very degraded, vulnerable, exploited and dehumanized.

I am therefore asking that this individual be investigated and dealt with appropriately. Unless something is done to address his attitude and behaviour, I believe that he will continue to act in a way that to me falls lamentably short of the standards which we are entitled to expect from our medical practitioners. More importantly, I believe that he poses a potential danger to women in general and, in particular, to women in his care.

Let me clean it up a bit:

Dr pervert's actions have crossed the line of professionalism in Doctor to patient relations to the detriment of my psychological well-being. I am shocked as I never expected him to be capable of such scandalous behavior. It was a huge breach of trust. His actions robbed me of my dignity and have left me feeling very degraded, exploited, dehumanized and vulnerable.

To this end, I would like this individual to be investigated and dealt with appropriately since his attitude and behavior suggests that he will continue to act in a way that, to me, is a flagrant disregard to the standards we are entitled to expect from our medical practitioners. More importantly I believe that he poses a potential danger to women, including but not limited to, women in his care.

Now go get him.

File a formal complaint with your state Attorney General or your local District Attorney. They will work to get the facts and start a formal investigation, if your claims are confirmed they will bring charges against Dr. Pervert.
If you are looking to bring forward a civil action against DP then you should consult an attorney. You will need proof, facts, etc.
You need to include "specifics" as to what you are claiming took place. Refrain from emotional statements and stay factual.

Scientistical has written the statement in a most professional manner and would be appropriate for a formal complaint, It would also help should you seek a civil action.

Leu is correct, the first impression of your post had "compensation being sought" written all over it. The burden of proof is on the victim and unfortunately it is very difficult to obtain punitive awards. Don't get me wrong , I'm very supportive of going after DP. Go after him with the government's investigative powers behind you.

*The word 'effect' needs to be put after 'very detrimental'.
*The first sentence of the second paragraph is a run-on sentence. It should say something more like:
To this end, I would like this individual investigated and properly punished. Without addressing this behavior I believe that....

Those are my suggestions.
