I spilled soda on my new fuzzy slippers. The tag on the slippers doesn't say anything about washing instructions. Should I wash them seperately to prevent the blue bleeding, or can I wash them with my other clothes?

just found outh this morning one of my friends has committed suicide why? dont know ask the nearest and dearest they dont know he has never made any suggestion of depression and so on. really confused at this time. the question i really want answering is why??????????? i know he can only answer that but he will never be able to tell me. keep asking myself why did he not talk to people cannot have been that bad to top yourself knowing the fellow he is? decent kind generous etc confused, why? i know you carnt tell me this is why and it must have been because of such a thing just need to know why? what gets people into such a state that ending your life for no apparant reason ?

It's as though they are clones, marching to the cadence of a silent drum. First, they have a favorite adjective..."liberal." It's liberal judges, a liberal media, a liberal menace, a liberal socialist, etc.
Then, too, most of them believe "Clinton did it!" Whatever it is, he did it, as well as doing away with enough people to fill a stadium. Almost all of them believe the Poor are responsible for their own misery, and have their "hands out" for money, goods, services, drugs...you name it! All of them make excuses for their misbehaving legislators and would not believe them guilty of wrongdoing even with eyewitness reports from the Pope, a minister and a rabbi. They do not explain their position on issues, but are fond of one-line zingers, always containing the word "liberal" as both an adjective, noun and adverb. They don't mind paying billions for War, but complain of "liberal" taxes. Was Howard Dean right? Is it God, Guns, Gays and Greed? My question is....why?

I am looking for the recipe for the sweet potato casserole that was featured on the show "The Secret Life of Thanksgiving" on foodnetwork. Of course they don't have it on their website, they just have the episode listed and say the recipe was from the watershed restaurant in georgia.
I'm hoping someone wrote down the recipe when they were watching because they are not airing the episode again when I checked the TV schedule.... Please help!

Interesting story I read on line, about a MASSIVE number of jelly fish, that overwhelmed and killed 100 thousand farmed salmon.

Happened near Northern Ireland. The jellyfish are normally found in the Mediterranean Sea.

A store that sells husbands has just opened in New York City, where
a woman may go to choose a husband.

Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the
store operates.

You may visit the store ONLY ONCE!

There are six floors and the attributes of the men increase as the
shopper ascends the flights.

There is, however, a catch...you may choose any man from a particular
floor, or you may choose to go up a floor, but you cannot go back down
except to exit the building!

So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband...

On the first floor the sign on the door reads:

Floor 1: These men have jobs and love the Lord.

The second floor sign reads:

Floor 2: These men have jobs, love the Lord, and love kids.

The third floor sign reads:

Floor 3: These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids and are extremely
good looking.

"Wow," she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.

She goes to the fourth floor and sign reads:

Floor 4: These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, are drop-dead good
looking and help with the housework.

"Oh, mercy me!" she exclaims, "I can hardly stand it!"

Still, she goes to the fifth floor and sign reads:

floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to
