I've had a class with this girl for about 4 months and all her friends say she likes me,she laughs at everything I say, and she even invited me to a football game and I went and we had a great time! But I told her friend about my feelings and I told her not to tell her but she did anyways and she said that she told her that I liked her and was sooner or later going to ask her out and she replied,"I want to get to know him better" is she still interested in me?And today she thought I was going to ask her out and out of nervousness I guess, she cried at break so I didn't ask her,oh and also she has never had a boyfriend so could that play into it?I need some advise!

I would appreciate some advice: I do a lot of cooking, but I rarely entertain. I've invited a friend & his new girlfriend over for dinner this weekend, and since this is the first time they've been to our place, I'd like it to be nice.

I have the whole menu planned out already; some of it I can make ahead of time, but the entree is a delicate fish dish. I'm afraid my tilapia will be ruined if I put it in the oven while I entertain.

Is it better to be cooking when my guests arrive, or to have a break after the first course while I whip up the main course? It just seems rude to me to leave my guests and make my boyfriend (who barely knows them) to do all the entertaining.

Any tips for juggling dinner and guests? How do you coordinate your dinner parties?

Thank you!

Basically I booked and put down payment for a 4 day/weekend tour for thanksgiving on the 22nd. That was our original plan. However, yesterday I told her that we would have to cancel because my dad did not allow me to go because we are in the process of closing a house and my signature is needed on the 19th, and if things went wrong I may had to stay around to fix things up during that time.

But after I told my gf that we couldn't go, I found out that if we couldnt sign on the 19th, then the next date would be the 26th... Basically I can go regardless and have no problems at all. I text my girlfriend and told her that I can go now and she txt's me back and says she told her parents she isn't going anymore and that we should go next time. (she is the type that doesn't like to change plans and makes up her mind quick)

I am planning to speak to her in person today, but I was wondering is it wrong for if my girlfriend decides she doesnt want to go on the trip anymore?

It was entitled "judgement day" and focused on the Intelligent Design-Evolution court case stemming from Dover, PAn school board.

An excellent window into the desire by some religious fundamentalists to control science and force dogma onto the citizens... A "must see", and a prime example why there needs to be clear separation of church and state...

Any thoughts to share?

I sometimes try to get up during the night and get a drink or something and try my best to be really quiet and then end up making a bunch of noise, by dropping something or a cabinent door will slam. Don't you hate it when that happens?

I don't particularly enjoy my job and when I get home I am just tired, completely without 'oomph'. There is also a continuing financial situation where my boyfriend cannot seem to get his act together, I bail him out and it is now straining my bankaccount to breaking point.
I love him, don't want to leave him and do have faith (somewhere) that he will sort himself but I cannot bring myself to sex. As in I don't feel like it and I really don't want to either. The fact that he keeps promising his parents will help out a bit (they have done nothing for our moving in together, my parents have helped out a huge lot) and it always amounts to nothing irritates me, his way of keeping house annoys me. I feel so drained that all I want is to sleep for a few months and now I'm starting to feel guilty for not coming across in the bedroom. But my mind just says 'nononononono' when it comes to physical intimacy with him. What do I do?

Three men were discussing aging at the nursing home.

"Sixty is the worst age to be," said the 60-year-old. You always feel like you have to pee. And most of the time, you stand at the toilet and nothing comes out!"

"Ah, that's nothin'," said the 70-year-old. "When you're seventy, you can't even crap anymore. You take laxatives, eat bran, you sit on the toilet all day and nothin' comes out!"

"Actually," said the 80-year-old, "Eighty is the worst age of all."

"Do you have trouble peeing too?" asked the 60-year- old.

"No, not really. I pee every morning at 6:00. I pee like a racehorse on a flat rock; no problem at all."

"Do you have trouble crapping?" "No, I crap every morning at 6:30."

With great exasperation, the 60-year-old said, "Let me get this straight. You pee every morning at 6:00 and crap every morning at 6:30. So what's so tough about being 80?"

"I don't wake up until 7:00."

Serious answers please. I have heard many different estimates ranging from 10 million to 25 million illlegals inside the U.S? Either way this is a whole lot of people! I don't see it reasonable to remove all of them. Not because I feel they belong but because this task would go on forever and the money and time spent would be better allocated toward border protection and then as they brake the law (serious laws not minor traffic laws) put them on work crews building this great fence, then deport them after there times been served. Being as that all 10+ million have broke the law, not nearly all 10+ million are currently involved in criminal activity or are they? I feel there must be a reasonable compromise? I can't see a multi department task force rounding up millions and millions. I don't feel its that easy. I understand people are upset about illegals and what not, so what's the reasonable action to be taken?

Our son is 5 months old and loves his daddy so much. He lights up when daddy is around and usually needs to be held and kissed by him for a couple minutes before he'll go to bed. Daddy can't hold a job. 34 years old and still loses his job every 30-60 days. We've been together going on 3 years and he's never held down a job. He got fired again yesterday after less than a month at his job. He was unemployed for most of my pregnancy and finally got a really good job a month before our son was due then quit the job 2 weeks after our son was born. He's had three jobs since then, all crappy and fired or quit all of them. We're going on our third crappy holiday season because he can't hold a job. I'm sooo tired of crying, worrying, being broke and not being able to pay the bills. I've tried to kick him out for a couple of years but he says he has nowhere to go, no money and we are a family and should stick together. I can't bear to hurt my son but what can I do?

In the 1960s, there was a movement afoot with people saying "God is dead."
Would you believe that Satan is dead?
The Book of Revelations tells us that Satan is to be hurled into the lake of fire and killed.
Would you believe that that has occurred? How would you know it has occurred?
If a prophet told you that there has been an upheaval on the dark side and nothing there is the same, would you believe it?
