somthing in science...please help!!

My husband is a good man. We have been together for 12 years. He has taken full responsibility of my 15 year old daughter and they have had quite a history-troubled. My daughter feels he does not like her and that she cannot do anything to please him. He is very harsh we he gets on to her, and his tone is quite hateful at times. He makes comments like "hes over this" and tonite my daughter said she needs a break from him and to please help her find a way to get a break from him. I feel he loves her and cares for her but the two of them see eye to eye on nothing. My heart is torn in two b/c my daughter is my world and my husband is my best friend as well as husband. If I butt in, it always makes things worse. I just have no idea what to say to either of them to make their lives together more compatible. What do I do if anything at all?

I work at this restaurant, and I've known so many women who were managers that were total idiots. Most become serious queen divas, or get so stressed that they make everyone's job harder. I went to school and was taught everyone is equal and all that, but it's just not true. Women are bad leaders. Either they are incompetent or they go on serious ego trips. Even the worst, laziest boss I've had that was a man was more reliable than the best woman.

I'm a co-manager at the restaurant now, but the manager above me is a woman and she's seriously hurting the place. The owner just doesn't see it yet. It's the second of a franchise, and the other one has a male manager that I feel more comfortable with as a leader. I feel like I'm cleaning up this chick's mistakes one after the other at the other one.

This is very freaky about the way December 21, 2012 will be the end of the world. "Why the number 21-12-2012 ? The numbers 21 & 12 are mirrors of each other , which indicate symmetry or justification. why 2012 ? 20 + 1+2 = 23. 2/3=0.666666666666.....666 is the devil's number." Apparently it won't be the end of the world, it will be the beginning of the end, and anti christs (devil sons) will take control (the 666 is the proof)

Supposedly LPs sound better than CD if the LP in question hasn't been played in a poor/mediocre quality LP player, yet I bought a BRAND NEW copy of SKELETONS IN THE CLOSET: THE BEST OF OINGO BOINGO (I could tell it was brand new 'cause it had a self-advertisement-type sticker on it that would be expensive to re-recreate...) and opened it and put it in my LP player and there was this like siren-sounding thing before the music started playing and the music in general sounded kinda faint...should I just buy used LPs that were handled with extra care or what? If so, then why?
