Well first off you actually need the application Microsoft Power Point before you do anything. For that head over to any computer stuff and grab yourself the software.

Lisa:
The first two responses are not too helpful - obviously the software is required. Your question is, I think, how are PP presentations created.

The basic PP preso contains just bullets and text. By opening the software to first page, you just start typing in your text. It is that easy - just like Word.

A very important step in making multiple slides is creating a master slide. This is done from the View pull down menu. This slide makes all subsequent slides match - for indenture and wall paper.

As you advance in PP, you can learn how to embed Excel spread sheets, Viso graphs, pictures, charts and geometric symbols.

A final step is using animation and slide transition features.

I have no formal training, but am an expert in PP. I developed this from extensive use, the help screens, and on-line users group. I think that PP is my now my favorite software package.

In a college or business setting, there are plenty of people who will help you make great presentations.
Good luck,
Jin Ju
