If I carve the Thanksgiving bird several hours, maybe even half a day, in advance, will the meat dry out? Also, what's the best way to reheat so that it isn't dry?

(Before you point it out - yes, I know I shouldn't even be thinking of carving it in advance. But I am, for my own good reasons - just asking for advice.)

Well, born into a CofE family, brought up with no particular faith I am in turmoil. Having spoken to Muslims, Christians, Jews and a few others like Jehovahs Witnesses, which religion will assure me of my place in Heaven?

They all seem to claim to be the only true path to the one true God, how can I be sure I'm not going to Hell by being a Christian, or Jew, or Muslim, or Bhuddist etc. etc.

Someone please save me from eternal damnation...

My wife may be traveling by train 6 hours on Amtrak in California. I have a friend picking her up on the other end. Some people think I'm crazy for letting my wife go by herself and not driving her down. I don't see the problem but maybe I'm wrong. Is it safe to send her on a train by herself? Is it sane?

PS - she's a smart and independent woman).

What I mean is in today's world from my stand point is that there is many disrespect towards the. And that people should treat them great and help them anyway possibly. The world needs more empathy for them.

Please take a minute to read n tell me!!!!!
---Let's say,..me and and this guy have been verry close friends since high school. For straight two years,..we would go out at least 2 or 3 times a week. Just me n him. He would take me to a restaurant at night,...we would go to movies,..And then he'd call n say "lets go dancing", and it was just for couples,...or he would call, we'd talk,..n after we say bye,..he was tellin me really quick, so i coudnt even hear "love ya..bye." He was calling soo late at night,..to see if i was asleep...i dont know what else to say.
--We would always be holding hands,..but NeVER kissed or n e thing. There was a time when he told me, at the movies "This is not a date,..you know that right? We just came to see a movie". I've been so confused that you wont even imagine. And has also often told me, (would call n say).."I just called to say I Love you.! My life would be incomplete without you."
I just want to know, how do YOU GUYS see this?

We are in the middle of being approved for new insurance, and wont be approved for a month, and my son needs his 2 month shots next Wednesday, so were going to pay out of pocket for them... how much do they normally cost for all of them? I know a man who went to prison at age 19 and has to serve 17 years (for a violent crime - agg. robbery, agg. battery). He has been in for 4 years already. He has no family to go to after he gets out. Can prison change a person like this for the better, so that he can function in society after his release? How do you think a sentence of this length would affect him psychologically (consider the fact that he has been labelled as bipolar and paranoid schizophrenic).

The situation does not look good, but I'm interested in your thoughts on the possibilities of the outcome.
