Tash be careful about fibre supplements. I took some stuff in one of those detox packs. Ohhhhhhhhhhh I ended up in hospital with an impacted large intestine. I have never felt so happy to see a ceramic bowl in my life. Why is it always the hottest nurse who has to do the flush up the clacker business????? Do be careful though

Psyllium husks are great, get whole husks if you can deal with it or Metamucial if you need it ground down and flavored. (And eat some yogurt -- it'll help with the gas.)
