This is my second pregnancy and I had the same problem with the first. Last night the leg cramps started up again. You know how you might stretch in your sleep and then WHAM!!!! PAIN as if you have something stabbed into your leg muscle.
I drink lots of water, which I hear is one way to help.....but what else can I do.
Cause when this happen your like paralized with pain, until it settles, and its bad cause your half asleep and can't tell yourself to be careful not to stretch too much to prevent this.

What is the stigma about wearing patchouli? Someone made a reference to this at work and they said no one here wears but i think some of their dates might. They both then laughed and i didn't get it.

I don't get it.They can still hear it if it's at a normal level so why do people play it so loud?
My neighbours are blaring their music and it's bugging me. They won't turn it down.

I had an affair on my wife about 8 years ago. I am not trying to justify it or say it is right, it is not. But the other spouse in their own way or ways is very much a contributing factor. So the blame lies with both, one chose to express it in an unfaithful manner. Yes, my wife and I are still together and things are great. The other spouse needs to sit down and seriously look at their own lives what they are doing that led the spouse to cheat. Again, it is not justification, but it is reality, it takes two to marry and three to cheat. I know some of you will blast me for having an affair, but once a cheater always a cheater is not true.

This morning on my way to work, I was caughht in a traffic jam. It was about 6:30 am. I looked over, and this guy was playing with himself. I could see everything. I drive an Jeep, so I was alot higher than him and could look straight down. There was a wreck ahead of us that had taken the drive to a dead stop. It was soft at first, but I think he seen me watching him. Then it started getting erect. He was pretty good size, I couldn't take my eyes off of it. I watched the whole time, even as he finished. I feel kinda guilty, but it was exiting to say the least. I'm afraid if I tell my husband he'll get upset, because I didn't do anything, but watch. I didn't even think to call the police. Should I have called, or just watched like I did? Has any of you experianced the same thing, and what did you do? I found myself getting very exited, if you know what I mean. I hope to see it again someday. I think?

Tommorow is the aniversary of the opening of the Berlin Wall. Can we please remember Peter Fechter aged 18 who bled to death in front of the TV cameras calling for help and his Mother after being shot and left to die on August 17th 1962, by the border guards? I'm 23 years old and I've lost 70 pounds. I went from 210 pounds to 140. I did not gain weight on purpose, by eating, or not exercising....it was due to a medication I was taking.
While I feel good physically, I do not feel good mentally. During the process of losing weight...my stretch marks have become worse and my stomach looks disgusting and saggy....so are my breasts. While I do feel pretty good in my clothes, I cannot bear to look at myself nude. I feel like a disgusting person. I was involved with a man who I thought was "wonderful". He seen me nude, he broke up with me 4 days later and said I needed to work on my body more. This has brought me to the point where I do not want to date or have a sex life. For a while I thought of suicide, but I knew that was wrong and I do not want to hurt my family or friends. Should I simply give up the chance of having children, a husband and live a single, celibate life? Many of you will say have surgery, I cannot afford that.

I've gotta find out what type of electromagnets and radiation are transmitted by the atmosphere and what are absorbed.

i have a trombone that i played for 1 year. its in very good condition. i would like to know how much we could sell it for? i think its a yamaha. its almost in perfect condition, just a few scratches here and there. i know i wouldnt be able to sell it for as much as i paid, but a rough estimate? im not doing anything online either. probably just gonna sell it to a school or something. its like this one, except mine is gold.
