There are allot of really smart and intelligent Mormons out there. Just like there are Christians, Jews, Hindus and Buddhists.
All of us have our quirky beliefs that we cling to despite what the evidence suggests, and we all look for answers from some one like a Jeff Lindsey who can help us support our chosen beliefs.
Mormons are no different than Christians claiming that Martin Luther was right, or Catholics claiming that he was wrong.

Never heard of him. I speak as I am moved upon to speak. I answer what I will as I see fit, trying to put down whatever thoughts the spirit places in my mind to share.

I have never quoted him once. Go ahead and ask away. Just don't get upset when you see how intelligent I am and how quickly I shoot down the propaganda that ignorant people like to profess as truth.
