I don't get it.They can still hear it if it's at a normal level so why do people play it so loud?
My neighbours are blaring their music and it's bugging me. They won't turn it down.
I 'm going crazy.

So many people in this world only think of self so just kindly ask if they would turn it down a little .If they say no then you be an asshole to and beat on their door and wall until it stops i have many solutions for this problem.The main one that works is to get a louder bigger radio and make them complain about it .The police tend to blow you off after the first complaint.Trust me get a jl just one home unit they will stop i promise , just turn yours up louder then them and leave the house for 1-2 hours watch how funny it will be.

I know exactlly how you feel. I don't understand it either. That is why them made personal headphones, so that people wouldn't bother each other.
I have a neighbor in Hungary who plays techno music for 2-3 hours every morning, I hate him!
My husband and I have moved into a 55 plus apt. house in Las Vegas, NV. It is nice and peaceful so far, one of the perks of getting older I quess. Good luck,you may have to report them or get yourself some earplugs. Try to relax and tune them out if you can.

the only explanation i can think of is that not only do people feel they need to hear the music but feel it too. although its in the apartment and not a club its the volume is like a spiritual thing. it seems to be more touching at a higher volume. for example when i'm cleaning i like my music loud it gives me a more productive cleaning mood. i hope your situation gets better

Maybe they're doing it to intentionally make you upset? Who knows, ask them or call the police.
