Rates are dropping, and even though I have a great LTV and payment history my adj. rate mortgage just jumped to 10.11%. I know what I signed and realize they can, but why jack it so high they force me into foreclosure? Then they cry that they need bailing out? I don't think so - I think mortgagees need bailing out from unscrupulous lenders. I have already contacted them and they said...........blah...blah......you signed.......... up the rate if you want to but raise it 4%?!

They want me to visit. I go to college in the city and live on-campus and I have my parents and married sister in far suburbs. I have used to visit them every 2- 3 weeks on weekends but its little bit hassle, because once I step out to train station in suburbs there is no way to get home without calling my sister or father to drive me. They are sometimes busy and I have to adjust to their schedule. Besides last time when I visited them during family weekend, I did not feel too much comfortable, mainly because my mother use to attack me for errors. For ex, when I walked out church few minutes before end of mass. And when she calls me she always asks me only abt material things, nothing like have I made new friends, do I have fun. And she points that I chose wrong major, despite the fact that I like it and doing good at it, though I would do better if I had better courses in high school. Last time when I went, I hope to get relaxed, get some rest, but actually I got more stressed.

Traveling Companions...

A stranger was seated next to Little Johnny on the plane when the stranger turned to the Little Johnny and said, “Let’s talk. I’ve heard that flights will go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger.”

Little Johnny, who had just opened his book, closed it slowly, and said to the stranger, “What would you like to discuss?”

“Oh, I don’t know,” said the stranger. “How about nuclear power?”

“OK,” said Little Johnny. “That could be an interesting topic.

But let me ask you a question first. “A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat grass. The same stuff. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, and a horse produces clumps of dried grass. Why do you suppose that is?”

“Jeez,” said the stranger. “I have no idea.”

“Well, then,” said Little Johnny, “How is it that you feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don’t know about shitt?”

Pls star if you enjoyed this one. Thx.

My on and off bf of a little over a year asked me to marry him 4 weeks ago.I said that we should talk this over more be (unoffically engaged) and see how its goes he agreed to this Last week we ent into NYC to visit some of his extended family for his grandfathers B-day party.Everything was fine they were all really nice to me .Then after we went out to a pub with his family my bf started acting very moody as usual with alcohol. We left to go to the trainstation directly but got lost .We got into a fight because i said we should ask someone for directions. He realized that he forgot his cell and wallet. So he told me to cut through central park or a park i'm not sure? and wait at the trainstation for him while he went back to get his stuff.I got even more lost because that was the wrong way i called his cell but it was off so i left a message.I had no cash on me except 10 dollars and no credit card.I got scared because 3 black guys looked like they were following me through the park..

This article about the new book called Last Supper, where chefs tell you what their last supper would be.....

What would yours be?

Mario Batali
The celebrity chef would prepare a meal of eight to 10 courses which would include marinated anchovies served with a little bruschetta; mozzarella en carozza (a Neapolitan-style grilled cheese sandwich); and fresh Amalfitana pasta with shrimp and zucchini.
or
Gary Danko
This final feast, to be eaten by hand like at a Roman or Greek banquet, would comprise the finest foods from around the world, including caviar, spit-roasted suckling pigs, black truffles wrapped in salt pork and a roasted Bleu Bresse chicken.
or
Scott Conant
A last meal for Conant would include fried chicken served with sweet corn; spit-roasted goat; a whole fish cooked in lobster broth with baby tomatoes and fresh basil; Neapolitan Gatto (a mashed potato dish); and white truffles

I'm aware of a situation that I don't understand and would like some input. I've seen other similar articles recently, but not quite like this.

I know a young girl (24) who had a 2 year relationship with a married guy 34 years older than her. When he wouldn't leave his wife for her, she dumped him and picked up with a divorced guy 30 years older than her who she had known for about 6 months. Within 6 weeks of getting serious with this guy, she gets engaged and was married about 9 months later. Since she got engaged and even now, she has continued to call the ex and still expresses strong feelings for him. She may call a couple of times a week to a couple times a day. Should the ex be talking to her? ... no! However, nothing will ever happen again between them. She tells everyone she is madly in love with her new husband, but if so, why call the ex? The husband is rich and treats her well. Is there some other reason she'd be calling that's not obvious?

After all he swore an oath to protect the sovereinty of our country from all threats foreign and domestic. And then turns around in 05 and secretly meets with Mexico and Canada to plan the North American Union. I wish we were in colonial times, I'd like to see how our founding fathers would deal with him. I guess nobody has the guts to stand up against this. Well I'm going to learn how to speak Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

I mean, @ first I thought his inappropriate actions were to benefit his friends and the terrorists, which he has, and to get even with the asshole who tried to kill his dad, (he could have done that with one assasian) but as more time goes on, with the statements that he has made, it really seems that he is trying to bring an "End of days" I mean, we know that russia backs iran, and we know that russia has allies, and n. korea would jump at the oppertunity of an alliance to go against the united states, and all this because we gave nuclear power to india a few years ago, and now we are telling iran that they can't have it, and if they do, they will have started WW3.

As christians, we are required our best to break any unGodly habits in our lives. What habits have you broken, and how did you overcome them?

This is more of an encouragement question for myself. I really enjoy hearing other christians stories of what God has done in their life.

In His Awesome Grip,
