How do you keep your high chair clean, especially when your baby likes to eat finger foods off the tray?

I know some people sterilise the tray in a dishwasher but, um we don't have a dishwasher, lol!

I usually just wipe the tray and seat (its plastic covered) over with antibacterial wipes or Dettol spray and a cloth everytime its used. Is this OK?

My friend's family is a Jehovah Witness and they won't allow her to celebrate her birthday ..... why ? She's been crying all day in class because her parents won't let her have a birthday party and I don't think it's fair . I mean it is her birthday so why can't she celebrate it ? Why can't she have fun on the day that she was born ?

The first state of denial was that it's not happening. Most all "skeptics" have dropped that, because of data.

The guy who takes pictures of surface stations has a bad problem. He can't show any difference in the data between undeniably well located stations, and arguably bad ones. The data shows exactly the opposite, that the differently situated stations say the same thing. He's like a tourist, going around giving a boring slide show.

In the satellite data, ACRIM versus PMOD is an unimportant discussion, unless your analysis picks two arbitrary points on a continuous curve and draws a straight line through them, ignoring the rest of the data. In science, that's just not acceptable.

The next stage was that it isn't mostly caused by us. The problem with that, is that the contribution from man made greenhouse gases is now so strong, you can't explain the data any other way. Respectable skeptics like Lindzen and Christy have moved on.

She was my little angel, the love of my life. She was my best friend. Now, I irritate her. Everything I say is 'wrong' and she fights me on everything! I try so hard to avoid arguments, but I refuse to let her get away with stuff just so she'll like me.

My question, is, do they grow up and come back to being a friend?

Good God, I can't believe we are now debating if it's OKAY to torture prisoners. I'm a conservative republican and I am 100% outraged. I grew up in a country that told us to be proud of the fact we don't torture other human beings as other countries do!.

I just saw a demostration of "waterboarding"..if you think this is okay in your judgement...you are one sick person!!

YES, our enemies are horrible, terrible brutal murder's...but we have to be better than them...why would we lower our standards so much.

What are your thoughts?

i'm doing an essay on the seven sins and we need to write about why anger is an undesirable trait to have.
we need to have subtopics and use persusasive techniques.
so far i have-
causes health problems and can sometimes cause crimes of passion. (anger can overwhelm you and cause you to do things you regret) etc, can someone help me? :)

So I was getting ready to install the new garage door opener, and I opened the box and pulled out the instructions. The first thing it said was "You need a screwdriver", and I thought , well, yeah, probably if I am going to do all this work, so I went in and fixed myself a screwdriver. I went back out to the garage and looked at the instructions again, and it said "You need a screwdriver", so , hey, why not. I had another screwdriver, but after the fourth or fifth time of reading these instructions, I didn't want to put in that dang garage door opener anymore. Now , what I want to know is this. Why do they make instructions like that? I remember that trick Proctor and Gamble played on me with "Shampoo, Rinse, Repeat" dangit, I was in the shower for three days. What do you think?

Okay so my mom and dad have been married for about 19 years already and he has been an alcoholic ever since. My mom has put up with him because he always says sorry and is alcohol free for a couple of months then does it again.
Currently we were on welfare and he didn't have to pay rent, etc. because they were paying it for us and now since he is working and everything and making about 500-600 dollars they took welfare away from us so imagine they cannot count on him for nothing because he is not paying the rent like he is suppose to and they are close to getting evicted and he is not giving them any money like only 100 a week and they are 3 kids. so can they get welfare since they don't have any food currently they took of the cable etc.?? what can they do?
I am not living with them since I am 18 with a kid and recently moved with my husband

I was thinking that if we attach some sort of gears on the top of the pendulum line, it would be able to produce motion and ultimately we could draw energy from it. This would also be able to be done regardless of weather or sunlight.

Sound good to me, but why dont we do it, or hear about it?
